Plants in the surrounding environment can be used as learning resources and media to bring students closer to their learning objects. Learning by utilizing objects in the surrounding environment can help the learning process. The diversity of tree in the Lambung Mangkurat University campus can be used as a source of learning and support learning based on the concept of diversity. One of the learning media that can be developed is a field guide book to guide users when learning independently in the environment. This study aims to describe the validity of the results of the development of a field guide \"diversity of trees in the Lambung Mangkurat University campus\". The feasibility of the field guide book was obtained from two experts and one high school biology teacher. The results of the validator's input and suggestions become material for correction and revision of learning products. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing student activities after applying the direct instruction model with the mind mapping method. This research is a classroom action research with Hopkins design. This study consisted of two cycles with two meetings per cycle. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPA SMAN 11 Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation. The results showed that student activity increased from 68.12% to 75.38% in the active category. Pedagogic competence is related to the teacher's ability to carry out learning activities. The teacher is an important part in the implementation of the learning process in the classroom. Teachers have a role in preparing lesson plans as well as implementing these plans when managing learning in the classroom. Learning will take place well if the teacher has good pedagogic competence. This study aims to describe the teacher's ability to use the planned biology learning tools. Data collection in this descriptive study was carried out through observation techniques on the learning process for four face-to-face meetings. The research subject is a biology teacher at SMAN 2 Banjarbaru. This study aims to determine the validity of popular scientific books developed about the plant ethnobotany Nauclea subdita (Korth) Steud. in the Tamiang hill forest area of Tanah Laut Regency as teaching material in the form of popular scientific books. This research uses the development research method with the model of education design research (EDR) through formative evaluation of the tessmer test. The validation test was conducted by 2 expert validators. Referring to the role of insects, this study aims to determine what insects are present in various agricultural lands, to analyze insect diversity and to analyze environmental factors that influence the presence of insects. This research was conducted in Maubeli Village, North Central Timor Regency in July-August 2020. The sampling technique was carried out with pitfall traps, light traps and sweep nets, the data obtained were analyzed using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index. The research that has been carried out has found insects at the research location consisting of the families of Acrididae, Coccinelidae, Libellulidae, Mantidae, Nymphalidae, Papiolinidae, Pieridae, and Tettigonidae. The highest diversity of 11 families was found with the highest value H` = 1.34 and the lowest H` = 0.26. Berdasarkan survei lapangan di sepanjang pesisir Pantai Takisung bahwa banyak kegiatan yang dilakukan di daerah pesisir mengakibatkan daerah ini sangat rentan terhadap kerusakan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tahap perkembangan moral siswa SMP terhadap permasalahan lingkungan melalui penyelesaian masalah yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 8 siswa SMPN 1 Takisung yang telah ditentukan melalui teori Hipotetik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan triangulasi. 4 tahapan pada analisis data yaitu: data collection, data reduction, display data, dan conclution drawing and verification. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tahap perkembangan moral siswa SMP terhadap permasalahan di sepanjang pesisir Pantai Takisung melalui penyelesaian masalah diperoleh 4 tahap PMPMPP. Tujuan dari penelitian mendeskripsikan tahap perkembangan moral siswa SMPN 29 terhadap permasalahan bantaran sungai Alalak melalui penyelesaian masalah yang valid dan reliabel. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 8 orang siswa SMPN 29 ditentukan berdasarkan teori PMPMBS. Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis menggunakan analisa Miles & Huberman mencakup 3 tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan survey lapangan di pesisir Pantai Kotabaru bahwa banyak kegiatan yang dilakukan di daerah pesisir mengakibatkan daerah ini sangat rentan terhadap pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tahap perkembangan moral siswa SMPN terhadap permasalahan pesisir pantai di Kotabaru melalui penyelesaian masalah yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, subjek dalam penelitian ini ada 8 siswa SMPN 2 Kotabaru yang telah dipilih melalui teori hipotetik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan triangulasi. Analisis data ada 3 tahapan yaitu: reduksi data (data reduction), paparan data (data display), penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi (conclusion drawing/ verifying). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan moral dan karakteristik perkembangan moral siswa SMP terhadap penyelesaian masalah yang terjadi di bantaran Sungai Barito secara valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, subjek penelitian ada 8 orang siswa SMPN 1 Anjir Muara. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara dan trianggulasi. Analisis data dengan Reduksi data, Penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan Triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Tahapan perkembangan moral siswa terhadap permasalahan bantaran Sungai Barito melalui penyelesaian masalah diperoleh 4 tahap teori TPMBSB. TPMBSB 1 subjek mampu memahami masalah dan membuat rumusan masalah tentang permasalahan dibantaran Sungai Barito, TPMBSB 2 subjek mampu memeberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan, TPMBSB 3 subjek mampu menggali/mengumpulkan data terhadap permasalahan, TPMBSB 4 siswa mampu melakukan pengecekan kembali atau membuat kesimpulan terhadap permasalahan. The potential of based on local need to develop so the learners more understand the object of studied superior Biology learning who has a relate with living creatures. Various of learning material in learning wich one is handout . bird is a live object in variety of habiats, in land or waters (water bird), wherethe wetland is one of habitats, provide resources and place for bird. The development of teaching materials based on local doing for increase of comprehension and learning outcomes of students. Sungai Rasau is one of wetland in Kalimantan Selatan can be habitats for birds especially waterbird. This research purpose to analyze variety of waterbirds in region wetland village Sungai Rasau Kecamatan Bumi makmur district Tanah laut and analyze the validity of handout compiled from result of research. The kind of research used are descriptif and developed up to the stage of test readability. The result of researchshowed for the species of waterbirds found there are 21 types includes in 7 family.
