The assessment components measured are reading literacy and numeracy literacy. Most students in SMA and SMK are not ready with the Minimum Competency Assessment. Students assume that the questions tested are not in accordance with the learning material. Teachers must be able to familiarize students with literacy and make literacy questions correctly. This study aims to analyze the product of the Minimum Competency Assessment instrument developed. This type of research is research and development using 4D models. Validation was carried out on reading literacy questions, numeration related to high school ecology material for Class X. The results show that the number of items in the reading literacy question, numeracy question, choice question, and matchmaking question include the category of quite suitable to very suitable in terms of the number of question items. The number of questions in the complex multiple-choice section including the appropriate category (100%). Critical thinking skills can be trained in the learning process by using appropriate learning strategies and resources. One of the learning resources that can be used to practice critical thinking skills is a contextual electronic handout (e-handout). This study aims to describe the practicality of the e-handout “Surrounding Wetlands Environment” to practice critical thinking skills. Assessment of the practicality of the e-handout through one-on-one evaluation and small group evaluation. The research subjects were 5 students of Biology Education at Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (one-on-one evaluation) and 5 other students (small group evaluation). The data collection instruments used were readability test questionnaires, implementation test questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and critical thinking skills measurement activity sheets. Learning in schools has been directed at distance learning, including biology practicum activities in the laboratory. Teachers are required to innovate and create interactive media. One of the interactive learning media that can connect the subject and object of learning is a virtual lab. Learning media must be suitable for use in the learning process. This study aims to describe the feasibility of a virtual lab based on a scientific approach on the structure and function of plant tissue. Research and development carried out using the Borg & Gall (1983) model, until the main product revision stage. The feasibility of learning media resulted from expert validation and user readability tests. Expert validation shows that the virtual biology lab based on a scientific approach is a very valid category. The readability test in a virtual biology lab based on a scientific approach showed a very good category. Fish from the Bagridae family are freshwater fish with high economic value and excellent nutritional content. The purpose of this study was to describe the diversity of fish in the Bagridae family found in the Nagara River, Pandak Daun Village, North Daha District. This research was conducted in Sungai Nagara, Pandak Daun Village, North Daha Subdistrict, in August-January 2021. There are 2 zones for catching fish, namely settlements and vegetation. This research method uses descriptive method with random sampling technique. Diversity was calculated using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index. The results obtained were three types of fish in the Bagridae family, namely Mystus mumurus, Mystus nigriceps, and Mystus gulio. The existence of fish, especially fish of the Barbodes genus, is very important for the ecosystem, besides that, fish of the Barbodes genus also function as a source of protein for humans. The purpose of this study was to describe the diversity of fish of the genus Barbodes found in the Nagara River. This research was conducted in the Nagara River, Pandak Daun Village, North Daha District in August-January 2021. There are 2 zones to catch fish, namely settlements and vegetation using a net measuring 10 x 2 m. This research method uses descriptive method with random sampling technique. Diversity was calculated using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index. The results obtained were three types of fish of the genus Barbodes. Namely lampam putih fish (Barbodes gonionotus), lampam merah fish (Barbodes schwanenfeldii), and abang-abang fish (Barbodes altus). This study aims to determine the perception and level of public participation in the conservation of proboscis monkeys and their habitat. The research was conducted using the interview method using a questionnaire. Respondents were selected using the purposive sampling method using the Slovin sample size. The validation of the questionnaire used product moment correlation analysis (r), while the reliability test used the Cronbach's (α) method. Data were analyzed by Likert scale and scoring. The results showed that the level of public perception of the conservation of proboscis monkeys and their habitat was classified as very agree (mean score: 223.5), while the level of desire to participate was quite active (mean score: 198.5). Based on the results of the study, it is known that the community gives a good perception of proboscis monkey conservation. Meanwhile, the level of community participation is still moderate. Artocarpus is a type of tropical fruit plant that is multi-functional and can be grown in tropical areas with an altitude of less than 1000 meters above sea level. The purpose of the study was to describe the diversity of Artocarpus species on the riverbanks of Beringin Kencana Village, Tabunganen District. This research method uses a descriptive approach. The results of the species diversity data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that on the riverbanks of Beringin Kencana Village, Tabunganen Subdistrict, 4 types of Artocarpus were found, namely: 1) Jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lamk.), Bilulang Jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lamk.), Jackfruit Porridge (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lamk.) which belongs to one variety, while Sukun (Artocarpus altilis (Park.) Fosberg.), Cempedak (Artocarpus integer (Thunb.) This study aims to describe the effect of students' critical thinking skills through the use of an integrated cooperative inquiry model. The method used is descriptive method to describe students' critical thinking skills. The research sample was divided into treatment class (VII A and VII B) and control class (VII C). In maintaining the ecosystem of rice fields, grasshoppers have a very important role in maintaining their balance. The purpose of this study was to describe the diversity of grasshoppers (Orthoptera) in the rice fields of Beringin Kencana Village, Tabunganen District. The research methods used is a descriptive method with sampling using roaming techniques with line transect methods. The results obtained 9 species of grasshoppers, namely Oxya chinensis, Mantis religiosa, Gesonula mundata, Conocephalus fasciatus, Conocephalus discolor, Phlaeoba fomusa, Aiopolus thalassinus, Acrida conica, and Scudderia furcata. Popular scientific book is very useful for students. It helps to enhance students’ insight and knowledge about the material which is being studied by the students. Especially, the material which are based on local potential. The existence of popular scientific books with local potential support students. Therefore, by knowing the objects in their environment, students will understand more deeply about the study of material because the objects of study presented and can be seen on a daily basis. The purpose of this study to analyze the practicality of BIP on the diversity of fish species as an enrichment material for the Vertebrate Zoology Course in Fish Concept. The research method is descriptive quantitative, to find information on the practicality of teaching materials which is scrutinized based on the research results, using the Research and Development. The subjects of practicality data are 7 students and 10 students for student responses.
