This study aims to examine the effect of education, work experience, age, compensation (salary), work environment, leadership style, and motivation on the performance of BUMDes employees in Jember Regency. The research population in all BUMDes Karawan Jember Regency with the number of samples determined as many as 75 people. The dependent variable is employee performance. The independent variables are education, work experience, age, compensation (salary), work environment, leadership style, and motivation. Data analysis was processed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that education, work experience, work environment, leadership style, and motivation had a significant effect on the performance of BUMDes employees in Jember Regency. Meanwhile, age and compensation (salary) factors have no significant effect on the performance of BUMDes employees in Jember Regency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan ibu rumah tangga terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 45 responden dengan teknik pengambilan data yaitu Purposive Sampling . Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu Basic Financial Literacy dan Financial Behavior , sedangkan variable dependen yaitu pengelolaan keuangan. Abstract One of the problems that often occur in households is regarding financial management. The number of expenses experienced by households that cannot be controlled because they cannot be managed properly. The number of population studied was 168 respondents, but there are several problems that often occur among arisan mothers, namely the lack of planning related to the budget, the absence of correct financial reports, and what is common is combining personal and business finances so that cash flow management is not clear. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence financial literacy has on the financial management of housewives. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This study used 45 respondents with a data collection technique, namely Purposive Sampling. The independent variables in this study are Basic Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior, while the dependent variable is financial management. The data collection technique used a questionnaire (Likert scale). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. To strengthen the questionnaire data, validity and reliability tests were carried out. Normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and auto correlation test were used to ensure that the data held were unbiased. Hypothesis testing in this study used t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (R). Ketiga bank harus menerapan budaya organisasi Islami yang baru disepakati dan tetapkan oleh BSI, termasuk pada BSI KC Malang Soetta (Soekarno Hatta). BSI KC Malang Soetta mempunyai karyawan dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda-beda. Adapun karyawan di BSI KC Malang Soetta juga mempunya karakteristik yang berbeda beda, sehingga setiap karwayawan mempunyai kemampuan kerja dan kepribadian yang berbeda-beda dalam memberikan pelayanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya Islami, kemampuan kerja dan kepribadian terhadap kinerja pelayanan karyawan pada BSI KC Malang Soetta secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah masyarakat Kota Malang yang mempunyai UMKM dan tercatat sebagai nasabah selama 6 Bulan di BSI KC Malang Soetta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai BUMN di Yogyakarta dengan jumlah responden 100 sampel. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa job resources berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement , work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap task performance, job resources tidak memiliki signifikan terhadap task performance , dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work engagement memediasi antara job resources dengan task performance. Abstract This study aims to see that work engagement acts as a mediating variable for job resources on task performance. The method used in this research is quantitaive method with accidental sampling technique. The sample used in this study were BUMN employees in Yogyakarta with a total of 100 samples. Lokasi dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember yang terletak Jalan Brawijaya, Mangli, Kecamatan Kaliwates, Kabupaten Jember. Sumber data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jawaban responden melalui item-item kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan peneliti sebagai objek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan tetap yang bekerja di PT. Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Jember yang berjumlah 189 karyawan. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode randoms sampling Berdasarkan pedoman pengambilan sampel diatas, maka jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 65 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perencanaan karier berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Mitra Tani Dua Tujuh. Hubungan yang ditunjukan oleh koefisien regresi bernilai positif mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik perencanaan karier maka kinerja karyawan PT Mitra Tani Dua Tujuh akan meningkat. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Mitra Tani Dua Tujuh. Adanya tingkat persaingan yang tinggi karena semakin banyak industri yang sama bermunculan maka Rezti’s Batik dituntut untuk membuat rancangan strategi yang memberikan nilai lebih pada konsumen. Maka dari itu penelitian ini diperlukan guna mengetahui strategi apa yang tepat diterapkan. Dalam penelitian ini, Blue Ocean Strategy digunakan sebagai metode untuk merancang sebuah strategi yang berfokus menciptakan ruang pasar baru melalui proses dengan alat analisis kanvas strategi dan kerangka kerja empat langkah. Kanvas strategi digunakan untuk mengetahui posisi perusahaan terhadap pesaing didalam ruang pasar. Sedangkan kerangka kerja empat langkah berfungsi merekontruksi atribut-atribut nilai pembeli dalam membuat kurva nilai baru. Dari pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka strategi yang perlu diterapkan Rezti’s Batik adalah stetrategi meningkatkan kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan dengan selalu melakukan inovasi pada motif batik kemudian meningkatkan promosi sosial media dengan menambah pekerja yang ahli dibidang teknologi sehingga promosi bisa berjalan maksimal. Selain itu juga perlu mengurangi harga yang sedikit lebih mahal dari pesaing sejenins, batas waktu penyelesaian pembuatan batik dan kelengkapan peralatan. The author includes an unexpected mediating variable, namely the company's reputation. The research was conducted on final year students of Pertamina University. Data was obtained using a questionnaire on 240 samples for the criteria for final year student respondents in 2017 and 2018. This analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The validity and reliability test is a test of data quality and the Sobel test is used to see the effect between the independent and dependent variables. The results of the study show that employer branding has a positive and significant influence on the company's reputation. The reputation of the company has a positive and significant effect on the intention to apply for a job. Employer branding has a positive and significant influence on the intention to apply for a job. Employer branding has a positive and significant effect on the intention to apply for jobs through the company's reputation.
