In addition, good human resource management lies in good leadership as well. So this is something that must be considered for employee performance. But apart from that, there are several factors that can affect an employee's performance, one of which is related to competence and motivation. The research was carried out at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Sumenep Regency. with a total sample of 34 employees. While the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, and this type of research uses a quantitative research approach. Abstract
