This study aims to examine the effect of education, work experience, age, compensation (salary), work environment, leadership style, and motivation on the performance of BUMDes employees in Jember Regency. The research population in all BUMDes Karawan Jember Regency with the number of samples determined as many as 75 people. The dependent variable is employee performance. The independent variables are education, work experience, age, compensation (salary), work environment, leadership style, and motivation. Data analysis was processed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that education, work experience, work environment, leadership style, and motivation had a significant effect on the performance of BUMDes employees in Jember Regency. Meanwhile, age and compensation (salary) factors have no significant effect on the performance of BUMDes employees in Jember Regency. Abstract
