Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa job resources berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement , work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap task performance, job resources tidak memiliki signifikan terhadap task performance , dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work engagement memediasi antara job resources dengan task performance. Abstract This study aims to see that work engagement acts as a mediating variable for job resources on task performance. The method used in this research is quantitaive method with accidental sampling technique. The sample used in this study were BUMN employees in Yogyakarta with a total of 100 samples. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bahwa work engagement berperan sebagai varaiabel mediasi job resources terhadap task performance. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling.
