The survey method is used in this research, where data collection is done using a questionnaire method. The variables measured are understanding benefits of quality, incentive support, work discipline, continuous improvement, and implementation of quality management certification. Data were obtained from 100 chairmen of higher education study programs in Surakarta City who were accredited with A & B. Sampling was using purposive sampling method where the retrieval technique used certain considerations. Validity test is done by the outer loading technique and reliability testing is done by composite reliability technique. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis where the t test is used as a statistical test. The entire test was carried out with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that each hypothesis tested in this study showed a positive influence. Understanding the benefits of quality positive influence on work discipline and continuous improvement. Incentive support has a positive effect on continuous improvement. Work discipline has a positive effect on continuous improvement and implementation of quality management certification. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa and PT. Dan Liris. This research is a survey method. The sample used in this study were 148 respondents. Sampling technique used is convenience sampling as for the collection of data in this study using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) Employee Empowerment has negative effect and not significant on Job Satisfaction; 2) Teamwork has positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction; 3) Employee Training has positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. From the results of this study the authors suggest that companies increase the amount of training provided in order to increase employee job satisfaction. This research is expected to provide an explanation of the variables that affect emotional stability in Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The data in this study were taken using simple random sampling. The sample used in this study were employees of Hotel Sahid Group Surakarta with totaling 120 respondents. Researchers used the SPSS for Windows 17.0 computer program software for data analysis process. The research showed that emotional stability had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). {"title":"The Relationship between Innovation, Financial Development, and Economic Growth : Testing in ASEAN Countries for the Period 1986-2015","authors":"D. Innovation is measured by patents, and economic growth is measured by the percentage of GDP per capita, while financial development is measured by seven indicators, namely banking sector development. Index formation is done through the Principal Component Analysis (PCA), with the note of the variable were defined earlier. This study uses data from ten ASEAN member countries with observation periods from 1986-2015. Research data is secondary data derived from the World Development Indicator and Global Financial Development at the World Bank. The analytical method used in this study is granger causality test, VECM, and IRF and FEVD analysis. The results showed that there were several differences in results in the direction of the three relationships. This difference is due to the difference in proxy that used in the study. There are three cases in this study. Broadly speaking, the relationship between financial development and economic growth is a unidirectional causality from financial development to economic growth. On the other hand, testing on economic growth with innovation shows a bidirectional causality. On the relationship between financial development and innovation, there are unidirectional causality from innovation to financial development. CSR disclosure in this study uses the Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) index and financial performance measures using Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), with source of the data coming from the annual reports of each bank. This study uses a control variable such as the number of directors, number of Sharia Supervisory Boards (SSB), bank size, and bank age. This research aims to find out whether corporate social responsibility (CSR) affects financial performance or financial performance that affects corporate social responsibility (CSR). The result of this study show that financial performance affects corporate social responsibility. ROA has a positive effect on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ROE has a negative effect on corporate social responsibility (CSR). The population of this study were employees of mass media companies in Surakarta using convenience sampling method with a population of mass media companies and a sample of 150 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses the convenience sampling method. The test in this study uses the instrument test in the form of validity test with the method of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and reliability testing with the Cronbach's Alpha method. Testing the hypothesis in this study using hierarchical regression with the help of SPSS 25.0 program. Moderation testing in this study uses the calculation of the formula Baron & Kenny (1986). PLN Persero in Surakarta, Indonesia. Taken with probability sampling method. Criteria for respondents are employees who deal directly with consumers. This study took 340 respondents. To test the proposed model, this study uses structural equation modeling of partial least squares (PLS) with a sample of 340 frontline employees of PT. PLN Persero in Surakarta, Indonesia. The results reveal that the relationship between Emotional Intelligence, Others' Emotional Appraisal, Self Emotional Appraisal, Use Of Emotion affects FLE Adaptabiity. While the Regulation of Emotion variable does not have a positive effect on FLE Adaptabiity. The number of samples in this study is 125. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Method used in this study is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The test conducted are instrument test, model fit test, hypothesis test, and moderation effect test. The instrument used in this study is SmartPLS 3.
