Researchers used the SPSS for Windows 17.0 computer program software for data analysis process. The research showed that emotional stability had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the emotional stability on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) which is moderated by two variables, they are job autonomy and job meaning with the object of research conducted on employees of Hotel Sahid Group Surakarta. This research is expected to provide an explanation of the variables that affect emotional stability in Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB).
