That is, the enterprise should build the interacting mechanism between quality-improvement and customer. This interacting mechanism can make customers more satisfied and loyal and make the enterprise more active in the market competition. Besides, the mathematical model has been built based on the fuzzy theory. This model being made up of alternation sub-model, quality-improvement sub-model and feedback sub-model reveals the internal interacting relationship between the quality-improvement and customer-requirement, customer-satisfaction. The major method to solve them is to find the contradictions, technical or physical, existed in a product, and to solve them. The current reality tree (CRT) and conflict resolution diagram (CRD) of theory of constraints (TOC) are good at finding contradictions. Theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) is applicable for solving them. It is reasonable to integrate TOC and TRIZ to form a process from finding them to solving them. The system consists of three layers, data mining system layer, expert system layer and user layer. The data mining system layer includes two components which are database server and data mining engine, and generates mined knowledge from the data set. The expert system layer plays the main role in the intelligent system, which gets user's query, tunes parameters and generates an expert system combining the user's query, the expert knowledge from the knowledge base and a rule set mined from data mining system, and executes the expert system to provide solution for user. The user examines the solution from the expert system layer and changes some parameters of the database server so as to get a more satisfactory one. Stakeholders not only affect the survival and development of enterprises, but determine the activities and effectiveness of enterprise's technology innovation. In order to understand how stakeholders affect the technology innovation and which kind of roles stakeholders play in the innovation process, using case study approach, this paper explored the influence of stakeholders on technology innovation based on Hangyang Group, a large state-owned air separation equipment manufacturing enterprise located in Hangzhou, China. First, we analyzed the basic characteristics of Hangyang technology innovation. Then, we discovered the interactive relationship between stakeholders and technology innovation. And through tracking investigation and analysis of a technology innovation project, Large-scale Ethylene Cold Box Domesticsize project, that had important strategic significance for Hangyang and China, studied the stakeholders' interactive mechanism and dynamic behaviors based on the innovation processes. Research results indicated that: shareholder, senior manager, staff, user, competitor, government and other stakeholders actually affect development and effectiveness of enterprise technology innovation, and the mode and degree of effects are different among them; at different stages of technology innovation process, the effect of stakeholder also has different characteristics; and the stakeholders also have different benefit request and different realization way in the technology innovation process","PeriodicalId":431021,"journal":{"name":"2006 IEEE International Conference on Management of Innovation and Technology","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2006-06-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134529939","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An approach of TRIZ aided evolution of product platform is put forward. The laws of evolution of need is introduced to cultivate the function of the product family, the technology maturity of product family is used as the criterion for product platform management, the patterns and lines of technological system evolution are applied to forecast and select substituted technology on which the substituted platform is built. A corporation must develop successful new products for sustaining its survival and growth in global markets. New product competition environments have changed in recent decades. Traditional criteria for new product success are high quality, low cost, and product differentiation. But these criteria cannot guarantee firms of new product success, especially most recently. New product development processes and product launch activities are proven in most industries to be the roots of growth and success, and are also regarded as a key to competition advantage. The new product development process, especially the new product commercialization stage, requires lots of time, money, and management resources and often costs only a little less than or sometimes more than the new product research and development stage. New product commercialization stage risk is higher than other new product development process stages. Indeed, many researches desire to know how to cross the new product commercialization stage chasm. This research attempts to identify critical constructs during the new product commercialization stage of the new product development process and presents a reasonable relationship among variables mentioned above. The authors try to offer a conceptual framework to understand new product relationships to market success so as to provide important theory structure for firms developing or analyzing competitive strategies in the future.
