Despite all the aforementioned achievements, some problems regarding organization and management, capital investment, talent cultivation, and farmers’ consciousness of informatization remain to be solved. Through SPSS21.0, Independent-Samples T Test is adopted to analyze the continuous eleven years” data in “Chinese Educational Statistics Yearbook (2001-2011)”, and the findings are as follows. Firstly, the number of “large class size” in elementary schools presents obvious variations. Secondly, the absolute number of “large class size” in elementary schools shows large fluctuations, while the proportion of “large class size” in elementary schools constantly increases. Thirdly, obvious variations appear in the spatial distribution of the number of “large class size” in elementary schools. “Large class size” in elementary schools has already transferred from urban and rural areas to counties and towns, and the number and proportion of “large class size” in elementary schools in counties and towns has exceeded the sum of that in urban and rural areas. {"title":"Policy Changes and Reason Analysis of Bureaucratization of Native Officers in Guizhou in Qing Dynasty","authors":"Mengmei Jiang, Chengbin Luan","doi":"10.3968/5990","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3968/5990","url":null,"abstract":"Throughout the whole Qing Dynasty, there had been great twists and changes of the bureaucratization of native officers in Guizhou area—with the changes in military and political situations, it had gone through several different policy periods of appeasement in Shunzhi period, the active flow-changing of Wu Sangui, resumption of conciliatory policy in Kangxi period, the comprehensive and all-dimensional native officers bureaucratization in Yongzheng period and the policy rehabilitation of Koreans, Miao nationalities and frontier in Qing Dynasty. As the important strategic pivot, the policy changes of bureaucratization of native officers in Guizhou stands for an epitome for the minority policy at boarders under the domination of central regime for the great unity, the changing reasons of which are not only closely related with the objective military and political situations, but also related with the ruling styles of the emperors themselves. The national strategies of the mainland-frontier integration of Qing Dynasty were constant; the phased policy changes of bureaucratization of native officers were only different in manners and measures. {"title":"Related Research of Femininity, Aesthetic Values and Clothing Education Psychology: A Case Study of Chongqing Females","authors":"Xueyin Li","doi":"10.3968/5944","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3968/5944","url":null,"abstract":"Female’s clothing psychology is the explicit display and representation of femininity and aesthetic values, which affects female’s clothing choices and dressing behavior. This paper adopts questionnaire sampling with 791 females in Chongqing city as the representative and continues to the research of the mutual relationship between trait, aesthetic values and clothing psychology through 788 valid questionnaires except invalid ones. The conclusions are as follows: (a) vigorous, beautiful and upright are the most typical group traits among Chongqing females, and diligent, intelligent and capable are the most representative traits of themselves; (b) a majority of Chongqing females have a demand for beauty in the work or shopping, and kindness, sincerity, wisdom are the top three aesthetic ideals; (c) Chongqing female’s clothing needs more emphasis on comfort, practicality and style, so fashion, elegant and sexy rank the top 3 of dressing style. (d) The person who “doesn’t consider” the beauty in the work and shopping at the lowest ideal standard or the scale of the realm to judge things of beauty or ugliness. And they all base on their interests and hobbies. In contrast, the person who “always consider” beautiful is most based on an ideal standard or the scale of the realm as aesthetic judgment standard in the work and shopping. The person who “sometimes considers” in the work and shopping is most affected by public opinion and popular fashion and is least influenced by an ideal standard or the scale of the realm.
