Multiple Passive Sensor Multi-Target Tracking Based on Multidimensional Assignment 基于多维分配的多被动传感器多目标跟踪

To address this issue, a novel multidimensional/two dimensional (S-D/2-D) method based on multidimensional assignment algorithm is proposed in this paper. By constraint relaxation, S-D assignment algorithm is employed to solve the multi-sensor measurement-to-measurement association problem. The complete position information of targets are obtained using associated measurement group through maximum likelihood estimation. 2-D assignment is proposed to perform measurement-to-track association and the associated measurement can update the track. In this paper, we propose a novel algorithm named Collaborative Recommendation algorithm Based on Semi-Supervised Learning (SSLCF). First, build heterogeneous information networks through combine multi-dimensional information such as users, items, labels. Second, we can use similarity (level of interest) as weight between isomorphism (heterogeneous) nodes. Second, we use regularization framework algorithm to discriminate label information for unlabeled users and items, we predict rating and generate recommendation results according to the preferences category of the target users. Experimental results show that SSLCF significantly outperforms the state-of-theart methods. The mechanism fails to differentiate between the impacts on total scores and the movie reviews of different quality. In order to revise the rating, this paper extracts the features of the movie reviews by improved IG algorithm, quantifying the emotion value automatically by Naive Bayes classifier. Hence, the IP-based mobile protocols proposed by IETF can't be extended to LEO satellite networks directly. In this paper, we analyze and compare MIPv6 (Mobile Ipv6) and FMIPv6 (Fast Mobile IPv6) with the handover prediction and buffering mechanisms in LEO satel-lite network. The handover model of LEO satellite networks is built and the performance of MIPv6 and FMIPv6 is analyzed and in terms of handover latency, packet loss and forwarding cost. The numerical results indicate that FMIPv6 outperforms MIPv6 in terms of handover latency and packet loss by em-ploying handover prediction and forwarding mechanisms, but FMIPv6 will cause the forwarding cost. In order to realize geographical redundancy for two telephone bureaus, A and B, the bearer network was designed. Through the way of dividing OSPF area, route aggregation, cost allocation and other related technologies the regional link state information is isolated. The regional summary routing entries of the backbone is reduced from 43 to 4. It greatly reduces the probability of inter-regional LSA flooding and the risk of global recalculation caused by route changes in a single area. Then, the traffic management model was designed. Through the access control, priority remarking and rate limiting technology, the purpose of restricting illegal traffic entering the network, controlling traffic and avoiding network congestion is achieved.
