To reduce the environmental impacts of transport pollution and purse sustainable developments of society, many cites in China have adopted transport policies that primarily aim to reduction in ownership and usage of motor vehicles and promote use of public transport. The primary solution should be the development of mass public transit systems, e.g. public bike rental systems. Public bike rental systems have received increasing attention in recent years with initiatives to increase public transport usage and lessen the environmental impacts. However, most of the universities in China are located in the suburbs. The limited coverage of public bike rental systems and transportation network offers college students limited access to public transit systems. We design an efficient mobile system for bike sharing on campus, with the aim of improving travel conditions for students at institutions of higher education. The bike sharing system includes two parts, i.e. client and server. Client is designed based on Android system and server is designed based on Openstack cloud computing system. The bike sharing system can bring information of bike sharing and entertainment together from diverse sources on campus in a uniform way. The bike sharing system provides a consistent look and feel with access control and procedures for multiple applications and databases of bike sharing and entertainment. We divide the bike sharing system into five functional modules, i.e. login module, lessor module, lessee module and administrator module. However, the values of some criteria are often vague in real-life situation, and it expressed only by exact numerical values is inadequate, the application of linguistic variables or fuzzy terms in decision making is deemed to be relevant. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to develop a fuzzy TOPSIS method to deal with above multiple criteria decision making(MCDM) problems. Here, the linguistic variables are represented by membership degrees applying the axiomatic fuzzy set (AFS) theory, then the application of TOPSIS approach is extended. In addition, the semantic interpretations are provided for the decision results by AFS theory. This paper analyzes the shadows of objects which are produced by the point light source or the line light source, and makes a preliminary judgment by calculating the grey level. Based on Lambert illumination model and optical properties of consistency, this paper proposes a new technique to judge whether an image is tampered or not. However, in order to estimate the VM working set size, most researchers are utilizing approaches that rely on kernel instrumentation but this most often results to high runtime overhead. This will result in system administrate to exercise a tradeoff between the estimate accuracy and system performance. The novelty of this work is to present a light weight accurate and transparent prediction algorithm for re-balancing memory resources among VMs. Experiments result attained on Dacapo and SPECjvm2008 from renowned benchmarks shows that with only 4% performance overhead our proposed method is capable of accurately adjusting virtual machine memory size on its real time requirements, and improve application performance in the virtual machine more than 10% better when virtual machine has 2 CPUs and 20% better when it has 4 CPUs. Therefore, in this paper, when the BP neural network is used for the evaluation of the quality of red wine, the artificial bee colony algorithm is used to optimize it, the optimal parameters of the artificial neural network algorithm with the best fitness are used to replace the random initialized parameters of the BP neural network, so as to avoid the neural network falling into a local optimum, can solve the problem of slow convergence speed of the neural network algorithm. First, there is security when the UAV takes off and landing. Hidden danger, and second, low-altitude low-speed UAV flight stability and object distance recognition. In view of the above problems, this paper presents a method based on the principle of binocular recognition, and uses the binocular recognition image processing technology to construct the fuzzy artificial identification range system, and improves the low altitude complex environment control algorithm.
