In order to realize geographical redundancy for two telephone bureaus, A and B, the bearer network was designed. Through the way of dividing OSPF area, route aggregation, cost allocation and other related technologies the regional link state information is isolated. The regional summary routing entries of the backbone is reduced from 43 to 4. It greatly reduces the probability of inter-regional LSA flooding and the risk of global recalculation caused by route changes in a single area. Then, the traffic management model was designed. Through the access control, priority remarking and rate limiting technology, the purpose of restricting illegal traffic entering the network, controlling traffic and avoiding network congestion is achieved.
