When compared with previous CMOS oscillator circuits, the proposed design demonstrates a relatively higher tuning range (from 3.93 MHz to 25.3 GHz) against a supply voltage domain of 0.3 V to 2 V (with a center frequency of 9.31 GHz). The presented architecture is simulated in 90 nm technology using the Cadence Virtuoso platform considering the effect of parasitic elements. We will construct a data structure on primary memory to contain the high order tensors in a shape of two dimensional array. The tensor will be shaped with dynamic dataset i.e. data can be compacted later with a data structure capable of expanding. The focus of this paper is to estimate the efficiency of this Stretching Data Structure (SDS) comparing with Traditional Data Structure (TDS) based on fiber operation of high ranked tensors. Because of efficient indexing in SDS we will get a faster data retrieval on fiber. With the increase in dimension the efficiency rate is expected to get improved. The requirement of several inductors in LNA makes it inefficient in respect to chip area in this modern era of technology focused on minimizing the chip space. Thus, Active Inductors made of Metal Oxide Field Effect Transistor (MOSFETs) were introduced to replace the spiral inductors to concise the chip area. The prime focus of this paper is to design an area efficient LNA using active inductor showing the area reduction which is done using the modified diode connected Common Source (CS) topology replacing one of its four spiral inductors with an active inductor. The experimental multiplexing technique uses the metastable state of 5v TTL standard to carry clock signal such that a single wire can be used to carry data in synchronous manner without any software based encoding. Computer based simulator is first used to verify the idea and later hardware prototype is constructed to verify the validity of the idea in real world condition. The circuits worked as predicted in the simulator and worked almost perfectly with minor unforeseen glitch in the hardware prototype. Bone marrow which is known as the spongy tissue creates blood cells. So for blood cell productivity problems, Leukemia can boost. It generally impacts the leukocytes or white blood cells. It grows gradually in our bodies. In this paper our goal is to detect leukemia applying Machine Learning which can help in medical science to detect a patient is a cancer patient or not. Therefore we needed a system for decision making in the Leukemia detection system. That’s why we propose some well-known algorithms to get better accuracy to detect Leukemia in our paper. We have used some different types of machine learning algorithms like Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine(SVM), Decision Tree and K-nearest neighbor (KNN) algorithm to get the result that a patient is a cancer patient or not. We collect our data from Z H Shikder Medical College and Hospital which include 401 data in our dataset. Among them, the Decision tree algorithm gives the best result with 100% accuracy of prediction. The linearized model of the proposed system able to provide independent operating points through the feedback linearizing approach. The conventional PD controller is applied to stabilize the partial feedback linearized model of the SMIB system based on the loop shape and |H|∞ value of sensitivity and complementary sensitivity function. Due to the linearized system stability issues, open-loop and closed-loop stability analysis have been investigated without PD controller and also with the PD controller. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis demonstrated rhombohedral crystal structure with R3c lattice space group and obtained the crystallite size of 68 nm and lattice strain of 0.186 %. The bond angle and bond length of BiFeO3 nanoparticles were measured from the crystallographic information file. The Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) showed uniform distribution of particles with spherical shape. The average grain size of 168 nm was also estimated from FESEM image. Energy dispersive spectroscopy showed the existence and atomic % of Bismuth (Bi), Iron (Fe) and Oxygen (O) elements in BiFeO3. For this purpose two types of ultrasonic sensor array are designed on prototype basis using HCSR04 ultrasonic sensors. The time of flight (TOF) variations of the sensors are considered as the features for the recognition unit. The objects are kept at a fixed distance from the sensor array to measure the TOF. The TOF of different sensors varies with the different object's shape. The two tools of ANN named ‘Function Fitting' and ‘Pattern Recognition' are used as shape recognition unit. These tools are trained with particular objects data. During the testing phase, the previously trained neural networks are recalled to detect the desired shape of the objects. Based on the detection results of two ANN tools a comparative study is redacted between the hexagonal sensor array and 3x3 sensor array. The study observed that, the 3x3 sensor array under ‘Function Fitting' tool gives the better result of shape detection. Moreover, this system avoids the complexity of signal conditioning algorithm and circuitry. For the better living of the people of a country, it needs to solve the problem related to garbage management and treatment. Overflow and improper dumping of garbage can cause different exaggerated diseases for neighbouring people, and if the garbage is not treated properly it can also cause some serious environmental pollution. This paper proposed a system of garbage management which can monitor the garbage level, the humidity, the temperature and can sense the response of flame. To ensure the clearance of the garbage, radio frequency identification (RFID) system is installed and with the help of Internet of Things (IoT) all the system can be monitored from the server by the authority. Two types of communication protocol are used here one is Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol, and the other is Long Range Wide Area Network (LoRaWAN) technology which is used as a backup. After collecting all the garbage from individual bins, they have to be dumped centrally, and machine learning model is used here to segregate the garbage into biodegradable and non-biodegradable.
