This type of expression depicts the anti-social behavior of the commentators which may hamper the online atmosphere. Filtering such toxic comments by handcrafting rules is cumbersome because they are unstructured and often include misspelled obscene words. Automated machine learning-based models to classify such toxic comments constitute a part of Sentiment Analysis and they are extensively used for the English language; showing promising results than statistical models. Though Bengali is a widely spoken language around the globe, little research works have been done to detect toxic comments in this language. Hence in this scholarly manuscript, we provide a comparative analysis of five supervised learning models (Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machines, Logistic Regression, Convolutional Neural Network, and Long Short Term Memory) to detect toxic Bengali comments from an annotated publicly available dataset. As our research finding, we demonstrate that both the deep learning-based models have outperformed other classifiers by 10% margin where Convolutional Neural Network achieved the highest accuracy of 95.30%.","PeriodicalId":427838,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Innovation in Engineering and Technology (ICIET)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131378846","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed method is based on two-part: one is for decomposing an input image and another is detecting the color histogram of that input image based on symmetry reflection. The second part of this work is performed by using the Log-Gabor filter. SVD decomposition is an effective way of decomposing an input image correctly. Many image decomposition techniques have been performed based on the SVD method. In this paper, we have proposed a combined way to detect the color histogram and decomposition result of an input image. This proposed method is very efficient for detecting the decompose output of the input image. MATLAB tool is effective to implement the proposed method. The proposed system helps to decompose any input image and also detect its color histogram.","PeriodicalId":427838,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Innovation in Engineering and Technology (ICIET)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130523217","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In general data processing means the arithmetic operation on that data. As a result, we have seen that the ALU is present in any data processor. So, the full adder becomes an essential part of the logical and arithmetic unit of the processor. To improve the computational performance of the chip, the improvement of a full adder is necessary. An appropriate logic style helps the designer to design an efficient full adder. In this paper, several logic styles are briefly discussed. We choose to pass transistor logic style to design our new full adder. This logic style is used for reducing power consumption and increasing operational speed. The proposed adder consists of 10 transistors. LTSPICE simulator is used for simulating the schematic. 16nm low power high-k strained silicon transistor model is used for achieving design objectives. A practical transistor model is employed to encounter all practical aspects. The overall performance of the proposed adder circuit is analyzed and compared with conventional circuits.","PeriodicalId":427838,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Innovation in Engineering and Technology (ICIET)","volume":"55 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114095010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Short channel effect parameters like Drain induced barrier lowering (DIBL), Threshold Voltage Roll-off (TVRO), Subthreshold Swing (SS), on current and off current ratio (Ion/Ioff) for the CG structure of n-channel gate-all-around JLNW transistor are analyzed. Depletion of carriers in the device layer of cylindrical gate-all-around JLNWT are more effective in comparison with tri-gate, double gate, rectangular gate-all-around JLNWT. In quintessence, the Cylindrical gate-all-around JLNW transistor exhibits better transfer characteristics with a high Ion/Ioff ratio, SS is near about to the 60mV/decade which is ideal and highly reduced DIBL. Moreover, the Cylindrical gate-all-around JLNW transistor has better control over the carriers which flow through the device layer. Spacer grids are always in a systematic square shape. It is significant to enhance the features of the grid with the vanes since the sublime coolant mixing and less pressure drop and must be permitted to the thermal hydraulic model. Researchers have used Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in 3D Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) and k-ε turbulence model study with ascendable wall function skillfully as a supporting means in the evolution of spacer grids along the rods. Korean Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) MATiS-H facility performed CFD evaluation of a (5x5) bundle of rods experiment which is submitted. Simulations were made in OECD/NEA CFD Standard application. The effect of turbulence in spacer grid geometries in a PWR (pressurized water reactor) is offered and also the impacts of results are evaluated. At reactor stream features and reactor close power three dissimilar vane arrangements are simulated and average thermo-fluid dynamic parameters are assessed. To simulate the characteristics of the flow among the rods and vanes, a tetragonal mesh is created. Robotics is now the most advancing field and there has always been an intention of mimicking human-like actuation and behavior. An anthropomorphic hand is one of the approaches to imitate human-like operations. In this paper, the idea of developing an anthropomorphic hand with 15 degrees of freedom and 5 actuators has been elaborated as well as the mechanical design, control system, composition, and peculiarities of the robotic hand have been discussed. The hand has an anthropomorphic appearance and also can perform human-like functionalities, for example, gripping and hand gestures representation. The results reveal that the hand is designed as one part and does not need any kind of assembly and it exhibits an excellent weight lifting capacity, since it is made of flexible thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material, and its elasticity also ensures that the hand is safe for interacting with humans as well. This hand may be used in a humanoid robot as well as a prosthetic hand. The limited number of actuators makes the control simpler and the hand lighter.","PeriodicalId":427838,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Innovation in Engineering and Technology (ICIET)","volume":"645 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134042194","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
