Foram testados 5 concentracoes (0 µl.mL -1 , 0.5 µl.mL -1 , 1 µl.mL -1 e 1.5 µl.mL -1 , 2.0 µl.mL -1 ) em 4 periodos (24, 48, 72, 96 horas) do oleo bruto de pinhao – manso, negramina e eucalipto. Os oleos foram inseridos em meio BDA acrescido de 1% de tween 80. Discos de 5.0 mm de diâmetro contendo micelio do patogeno foram transferidos para o centro de cada placa que foram incubadas por 4 dias e a cada 24 horas o crescimento micelial do patogeno foi avaliado. O oleo essencial de Eucalipto inibiu totalmente o crescimento micelial de R. solani nas doses de 1.0 µl.mL -1 , 1.5 µl.mL -1 , 2.0 µl.mL -1 em todos os periodos de avaliacoes de S.rolfssii periodos de 24 h, 72 h e 48h, com excecao da dose de 2.0 µl.mL -1 que inibiu o crescimento micelial em todos os tempos. O oleo de Negramina nas concentracoes de 1.5 µl.mL -1 e 2.0 µl.mL -1 reduziram o cresciemento dos fungos R. solani e S. rolfsii. As associacoes 1 e 2 nas concentracoes 1.5 µl.mL -1 e 2 µl.mL -1 inibiram totalmente o crescimento micelial dos fitopatogenos. Sousa","doi":"10.5935/PAET.V12.N2.05","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5935/PAET.V12.N2.05","url":null,"abstract":"The acerola is a tropical fruit recognized for its high nutritional value, however, the high pereceability after harvest motivated by its climacteric behavior requires conservation techniques that allow the maintenance of its quality during the storage period. The edible coatings, in this context, are presented as alternatives since they form barriers on the fruits, restricting the gas exchanges, improving the visual aspect without compromising with the fruit flavor. Thus, this study aims to evaluate the application of edible coatings on the post-harvest quality of acerolas cv. Costa Rica during refrigerated storage (10 °C). Fruits of ripe acerolas were harvested in a commercial orchard, sanitized and immersed in three solutions (3%) of cassava starch, arrow starch and gelatine, in addition to the control represented by uncoated fruits for a period of 3 minutes. These were then dried and packed in styrofoam polystyrene trays coated with polypropylene plastic film (PVC) and stored under refrigeration (10 °C) for 12 days. The total fresh solids content (o Brix), titratable acidity (% malic acid), pH, TSS/AT ratio and sensorial analysis on the occurrence of wilting were evaluated every three days, visual appearance and the aroma of the fruits. The experimental design was completely randomized in a factorial scheme of 4x5, that is to say, (4 treatments: control, cassava starch, arrowroot starch and gelatin) and (5 storage times: 0, 3, 6, 9 and 12 days ), with five replicates and the experimental plot composed of 100 g trays. During the storage period, no significant difference was observed between the coatings used, however, their action on the fruits contributes to reduce the loss of fresh mass and to allow a better balance in the fruit flavor ratio (SST / AT) after 12 days . The films formed on the fruits did not compromise the chemical quality (soluble solids, titratable acidity and pH) maintaining similar behavior to the fruits of the control treatment. In addition, there was a reduction in the incidence of wilting and the loss of the characteristic aroma of the fruits, contributing to a better visual appearance. The research was performed on the following database: SciELO, CAPES journal portal, universities thesis and dissertations, Scopus, Bireme and SienceDirect, as well as books, articles, short communication and regulations. The use of seage sludge directly in the soil have been showing good results for wood production and it is considered a feasible alternative to mineral fertilizers. For most of the studies analyzed showed an application of 10 ton ha -1 of seage sludge as the most adequate due to the similar results or higher wood production compared to the mineral fertilization. Los estudios muestran que las partes no convencionales de los alimentos vegetales tienen un alto valor nutricional, siendo superiores a la parte convencional. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar la composicion nutricional (humedad, cenizas, lipidos, proteinas y carbohidratos) y determinar el valor calorico y el porcentaje de ingesta diaria de esparragos ( Asparagus officinalis ) y arracachia ( Arracacia xanthorrhiza ) cultivada a partir de forma organica en la sierra de Santa Catarina. Se analizaron brotes de esparragos (in natura), hojas de esparragos (base seca y humeda), tuberculo de arracachia blanco y amarillo (in natura) y hojas de arracachia blancas y amarillas (base seco). Los resultados muestran un acentuado contenido de cenizas en las hojas de esparragos (base seca) (6,75 ± 0,19 g%) y arracachia blanca y amarilla (10,73 ± 0,02 g% y 11,51 ± 0, 05 g%). Ademas, las hojas en base seca de esparragos (21,71 ± 0,71 g%) y arracachia blancas (19,70 ± 1,54 g%) y amarillas (19,62 ± 0,75 g%) tienen alto contenido de proteinas, que refleja el alto porcentaje de ingesta diaria recomendada (% IDR) de estos alimentos. Thus, germination tests were performed according to the Rules for Seed Analysis (RAS). The phytopathogenic fungi present in the seeds were also identified, using the plating technique in BDA (Potato, Dextrose, Agar) culture medium and the development of these plants under greenhouse conditions. The experimental design for the laboratory tests were entirely randomized and in a greenhouse in randomized blocks. According to the results, it was observed that sorghum and millet presented germination and dry mass superior to brizanta and aruana. In relation to sanity, it was verified that sorghum and millet obtained low contamination by phytopathogens in comparison with the other seeds, among fungi found in brizanta and aruana forages, Aspergillus sp., Fusarium sp., Alternaria sp., Penicillium sp. and Cladosporium sp .. Nesse sentido, o objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a eficiencia de embalagens para o armazenamento de aboboras minimamente processadas. Aboboras maduras foram adquiridas no comercio local, processadas em cubos de 3,0 cm, sanitizadas, acondicionadas em diferentes embalagens plasticas e armazenadas em refrigerador (10 oC) por um periodo de 12 dias. O delineamento experimental adotado foi o inteiramente casualizado em arranjo fatorial 3x5 que compreende tres embalagens (saco plastico de polipropileno, bandeja de poliestireno expandido recoberta com filme de PVC e polietileno tereftalato) e cinco dias de avaliacao (0, 3, 6, 9 e 12 dias) com tres repeticoes. A cada tres dias avaliou-se a perda de massa fresca, firmeza, solidos soluveis, acidez titulavel, pH, relacao SST/ATT, coloracao da polpa, incidencia de esbranquicamento e a qualidade geral. A qualidade fisico-quimica e sensorial das aboboras foi comprometida ao longo do tempo de armazenamento (p<0,05). Ate entao, poucos trabalhos tem sido desenvolvidos no intuito estudar as caracteristicas dos solos das varzeas do Tocantins e associar tais caracteristicas a indices de produtividade de culturas cultivadas nesse ambiente. Objetivo – se com o presente trabalho caracterizar os tipos de solos encontrados nas areas de varzea do Estado do Tocantins, bem como associar os mesmos aos cultivos de melao e melancia. Buscou-se interligar os fatores de produtividade das culturas em destaque com as caracteristicas inerentes aos solos estudados. Para inducir la fitoalexina en frijoles, soja, sorgo y severidade del mildiu, se utilizaron tratamientos que contienen a SMA de A. brasilensis lavada y sin lavar, asi como con y sin asociacion con aceite vegetal (OV), como tratamiento de control con agua y patrones con acibenzolar-S-metilo (ASM 0.005%) y Mezcla de Burdeos (1: 1: 1) ¬ En otro experimento, tambien para la determinacion de la induccion de fitoalexinas en soja y sorgo, se utilizaro las dosis de 0, 1, 5, 10, 15 y 20% da SMA de A. brasiliensis . Se verifico que el SMA de A. brasiliensis a 10%SMA indujo em 1000% y 56% la fitoalexina en frijoles y sorgo, respectivamente. Para la soya, se observo un aumento del 400% con 5% de SMA lavada de A. brasiliensis . Las dosis de esta suspension pueden inducir una induccion de 460% y 710% cuando se usa 20% de la SMA de cogumelo. En condiciones de campo no se verifico diferencias estadisticas entre los tratamientos aplicados a las vides.
