The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with 119 customers as respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the statistical method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that there was a direct influence of brand equity and service quality variables on loyalty. Likewise, brand equity and service quality mediated by customer satisfaction have an effect on loyalty. This implies the importance of the role of brand equity, service quality, loyalty and customer satisfaction in supporting the existence and development of the GalaMart minimarket. The data/sample collection method used a questionnaire, with a sample of 200 consumers who had purchased Uniqlo products at least once. Data analysis in this study used PLS-SEM analysis. Based on the data and research results, it is known that there is a positive but not significant effect between brand image on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the mediating variable of consumer satisfaction. And consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Quantitative approach is applied in research by establishing causality design. There were 100 donors as the research sample which was determined by purposive sampling technique. Partial Least Square analysis was applied to test the debfab hypothesis with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The data collection technique in this study uses financial report data from all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018, which are 131 companies and uses a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study both partially and simultaneously show that Dividend Per Share (DPS) has an influence on stock prices which can explain that the greater the dividends distributed by the company, the direct impact on the increase in the company's share price. 2) There is a significant effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices. 3) The negative effect of Return on Investment (ROI) on stock prices illustrates that the profit information obtained by the company for each company's total assets is not necessarily responded to by investors with high stock prices. 4) The influence of Price Book Value (PBV) indicates that the value of the company perceived by investors will be in line with the increase in the company's stock price. The important things that need to be considered include; Safe, profitable and satisfactory working conditions also contribute to increasing employee motivation on work. In addition, work content is also no less important to measure employee performance.Original work content is the contents of the work or task given to employees and it is one of the supporting factors that provide smoothness of work motivation. The purpose of this study were to: (1) analyze and explain the effect of working conditions and work content on the discipline and employee performance (2) knowing and analyzing the mediation effect of discipline in the influence of work conditions and work content on employee performance. This research was conducted at the employees of the former Surakarta Residency Office of Surakarta, Boyolali, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri and Sragen, which are usually sacrificed (Subo Suko Wono Sraten or Solo Raya), each of which has 25 employees, so that the total total is 125 employees. Then each region was taken by 15 employees as respondents. The Path analysis is used to test the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable mediated by the mediation variable. The main focus of this article is companies that provide IT consulting services. The author interviewed an informant from ABC Company engaged in the IT consulting business and an informant from XYZ Company involved in the same field. The study findings reveal that each company has its advantages and disadvantages. This piece has to improve good communication, an organized manager, and change agents. This study's sample consisted of ten companies chosen using the target sampling method. Using the E-Views 10 software, multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the independent factors and the dependent variable. The findings revealed that capital structure and liquidity had no effect on profitability, whereas growth opportunity and company size had a significant effect. The research's limitations include the limited number of data units and the inclusion with only financial sector enterprises in the financial institutions sub-sector. This study aims to show the factors that can influence investment interest in the capital market in the millennial generation during the covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS application. The results showed: motivation, technological progress, investment returns, investment risk, and social media had a significant positive effect and financial literacy and minimum investment capital had a significant negative effect on investment interest. Application/Originality/Value: This study examines more independent variables than previous studies and this study finds that financial literacy actually has the opposite effect on investment interest during the COVID-19 pandemic. The design of the research conducted is quantitative descriptive research. The research will be conducted at MTs Negeri 8 Sragen, located at Jl. Solo – Purwodadi KM. 13, Siboto Rt 11, Kalimacan, Kalijambe, Sragen. This study used the entire population so-called saturated sampling, in this study used all teachers as many as 34 teachers consisting of 17 civil servant teachers and 17 honorary teachers in MTs Negeri 8 Sragen as a research sample. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis that has previously been performed instrument tests and classical assumption tests with SPSS 23 software. The conclusion obtained by this study is that there is a positive and significant influence of incentives, organizational culture, professional competence on teacher performance in MTs Negeri 8 Sragen. Historical parallelism speaks about the side-by-side progress of Philosophy and Management as distinct disciplines, whereas correlation deals with how they relate and interact with each other. Philosophy and Management, though in themselves are distinct and self-determining disciplines, are significantly interrelated. The central problem in this research paper is to find out when, how and why do Philosophy and Management mutually impact and enrich each other. Consequently, this study is conducted using the historical-hermeneutical research methodology, which requires reading a lot of resources on the thought evolutions of both sciences. The analysis progresses by first looking separately into the early thought developments of Philosophy and Management, wherein a general treatment on the nature and essential elements of both Philosophy and Management are laid down.
