Aviation industry of today already achieved excellent safety record and so it is hard to justify such investment in apparently resilient system. This study works with the assumption that safety and overall efficiency of operations are dependent. It analyzes data from safety occurrences in the aviation industry and provides mapping to relevant costs, both considering the remedy and possible prevention. It further provides base methodology for evaluation of current safety investments in the industry. Even with a low percentage of knowledge of the modelled object (functionality, internal bonds, etc.) it is possible to obtain a mathematical model with high quality - similarity - verification. The disadvantage of experimental identification is the necessary existence of a functional complex system and a measuring - sensing apparatus. The Laboratory of intelligent control systems of aircraft engines has four full-featured functional systems - small and micro turbo compressor aviation jet engines. Experimental identification of small jet engines based on the measured transition characteristic is being researched using these engines. Therefore, new alternative training concepts have been developed that cover these needs. However, these concepts do not apply to initial training which seem to be a crucial phase of a pilot training. Thus, the aim was to create a software solution that would identify individual flight maneuvers and evaluate them so that the overall evaluation would be done by considering objective evaluation and flight instructors’ subjective expertise. A study was done with strictly given flight schedules. For the purpose of automatic maneuver detection, density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise – DBSCAN clustering algorithm was used, which could determine maneuvers and thus exclude the noise from clusters of maneuvers. The results indicate that the proposed solution was able to identify the prescribed maneuvers with high sensitivity. It is always very important that all fire and rescue service unites must cooperate effectively in order to minimalize crisis situations impact. Among others, firefighting services play a significant role in a case of airplane crashes. The Ministry of the Interior of The Czech Republic assigned a project dedicated to firefighter’s complex educational process. This project deals with different methods of firefighter’s trainings and such simulators during lifesaving initiatives. The theoretical and practical research approaches were chosen for running this project. An appointed project team suggested certain steps, achievements and research procedures for creating a supportive training and also practical (on the spot useable) software for fire and rescue teams. The simulation software must respond to current legal requirements, technical specifications and airplanes specific technical standards. The above mentioned must guarantee the research objective, as much natural as possible, to real emergency situations. Emergency situations can happen not only within airport boarders but also at any other places. It is because of its higher propulsion efficiency in comparison with jet engines at these low speeds. This work describes conceptual design of a self-driven propeller, where the energy needed for its rotational movement is supplied only by compressed air. Such propelling device could be very beneficial for a lot of reasons, e.g. lightweight design, high power, improved airflow on the surfaces of propeller blade airfoils, lower aerodynamic drag force. This study also reveal some disadvantages connected with low efficiency of jet flow used for driving the propeller. The Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic, as the company responsible for the safety of air navigation in the Czech Republic, plays in it a vital role. The purpose of this paper is to elaborate the economic performance of Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic (ANS CR) in the context of regulation in this sector to evaluate its basic parameters of performance in the context of its status as a monopoly, and to assess its competitiveness in terms of the objectives of SES legislation. With the exception of advertising and product differentiation, the mission of the company gives it the character of a monopoly in the air navigation services market. The elaboration of this paper is based in particular on the methods used in describing the mission and activities of the company, as well as on the method of comparative analysis in evaluating the development of the performance indicators of the company. Economic globalization has allowed the company to improve its position considerably among other European partners. This has been mainly due to the growth of tourism, which can be traced to the emergence of low-cost airlines and a drop in fares in general. The deployment of wide-body passenger airliners has been another force in the growth of the economic performance of ANS CR. The stability is the most important factors affected the distribution chain include theft, contamination, damage or destruction. At present, there is a constantly high threat of terrorist attacks or leadership asymmetric wars in the context of the global war on terror are growing threats related to the smuggling of weapons or components needed to produce weapons of mass destruction. Vulnerability of air operations puts pressure on international organizations, transnational clusters and national governments to take measures to increase the safety of all actors in the distribution chain. Designers and chain managers face constant pressure to increase the level of distribution network security based on the need to carry out policies and regulations at all levels. Available scientific literature offers different statistics on the success of the measures taken and the directives adopted to increase security and safety of air operations. The presented article provides an overview of the adopted security measures in the Czech Republic’s air operations, identifying at the same time the weak spots of the distribution chain and offering a summary of measures to increase the level of stability of the distribution chain. Recommendations are the first analysis of the building projects \"Using Crisis Management Tools to Evaluate Safety and Quality or Resilience, Supply Chain of Small Airports\", \"Using Crisis Management Tools and Modern Technologies to Increase the Protection and Resilience of Military Aviation Basis\" and \"Improving Safety and Crisis airport management via sensor networks\" [31]. Székesfehérvár is the ancientcapital of Hungary for 500 years and has several old and rather new Catholic churches. Till now two churches have been examined. As the apses generally have a great height it seemed to be easier to use UAV to make photographs in order to create a comprehensive view and a 3D model of these inner areas. As the GPS was not available inside, a more careful flight was made during the process. The results were 3D models and videos made of photographs. Our future plan is to fly inside the other churches and to make a free access to these materials.
