Savchyn","doi":"10.33841/1819-1339-2-44-42-48","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33841/1819-1339-2-44-42-48","url":null,"abstract":"Purpose of this work is to determine and analyze the dynamics of changes in the recent rotation poles of Eurasian plates based on measurements of permanent GNSS-stations over the past 20 years (2002–2021). Methodology. The algorithm of determination of recent rotation poles of the Eurasian plate on the basis of elaboration and analysis of time series of permanent GNSS-stations prepared by Nevada Geodetic Laboratory and available in free access is presented in the work. Structurally, this algorithmconsists of three successive stages: preparation of initial data, determination of speeds of horizontal movements and determination of modern rotation poles. The proposed algorithm is implemented in the software package MathCAD. Results. The components of the vectors of recent horizontal displacements of 882 permanent GNSS-stations located on the Eurasian plate for the period2002–2021 have been determined. It is established that the values of the vectors of recent horizontal movements are in the range of 17.1–49.3 mm / year and have a north-easterly direction. The accuracy of determining the constituent vectors of recent horizontal motions averages 15 % of the vector length. A map-scheme of the spatial distribution of the velocity field of recent horizontal motions of permanent GNSS-stations is constructed. Using the obtained velocities of permanent GNSS-stations, the recent rotation poles of the Eurasian plate were determined, namely the angular velocity and coordinates of the pole of rotation (w = 0.278±0.001”/рік; f = 56.885±0.227°N; l = –94.120±0.472°E). The obtained results are in good agreement with recent models of movements for this plate. The calculation and analysis of the average annual rotation poles of the Eurasian plate to study the dynamics of their change over time. It has been confirmed that rotation poles are dynamic parameters, but additional studies are needed to determine in detail the factors that cause such dynamics. Scientific novelty and practical significance. The presented algorithm and the obtained values of recent rotation poles of the Eurasian plate can be used to develop new and refine existing models of plate movements and coordinate systems, as well as to predict the movements of the earth’s crust on a global scale. The purpose of scientific work is to prove the importance and necessity of the development of the national cadastre system, namely the introduction of 3D-cadastre technology. This technology will allow you to implement realtime real estate measurements. Methodology. The cadastre is always linked to the land. Cadastral information is the basis for the rational use and protection of land, which form the land cadastral and information system of real estate. This structure includes basic registers and general registers, which form the basic system of 3D-cadastre. Results. Intensive development of cities in Ukraine, combined with complex cases of spatial delimitation, in terms of property rights, requires a new approach to land management, which would allow to register real estate and rights to them in 3D. Therefore, there is a need to create a 3D-cadastre system that can solve these problems. To create a 3D-cadastre in Ukraine, it is necessary to improve the national cadastral system. In particular, fill it with information about buildings and structures, as well as combine registers that contain information about land and real estate located on them. Scientific novelty and practical significance. 3D-cadastral databases can be used by those involved in land development processes, including land registrars, surveyors, architects, developers, designers, real estate agents, local governments and corporate owners. The 3D-cadastre system can provide important information on various aspects of land and property management. Todays, there are several ways to determine the grid azimuth for topogeodetic references. However, due to the development of navigation equipment in the military and in the joint force operation, artillerists use the coordinate method of determining the grid azimuth more and more often. The accuracy and expedience of the method has not been studied yet and requires field research. So, we have already obtained dates as a result of the experiment. Method. The researches have been based on the analysis of available literature sources in this topic and the practical using of the coordinate method for calculates the grid azimuth. The experiment has been carried out to execute topogeodetic survey using GNSS without obstacles to receive GPS-signals and with obstacles one. The conclusions have been based on the results of the experiment and they have been compared with the standart datas and with the other methods. Also the accuracy has been calculated. Results. It has been researched teoretical, methodological and practical problems of using software “Kpopyva”, “Ukrop” and hardware “Bazalt-M” in the army for determining of the grid azimuth by the coordinate method. The experiment has been performed for estimate of accuracy determining of grid azimuth by the coordinate method. The measurements have been performed on the points of the geodetic network. The grid azimuths have been calculated by the datas of the measurements. The calculated grid azimuths have been compared with references datas which have been obtained from catalog of coordinates of geodetic points. The mean squared errors and mean errors by coordinate method have calculated as coordinate differences. The results of experiment and analysis of information open sources have confirmed, that the accuracy of determining the grid azimuths by coordinate method depends from the accuracy of determining coordinates and the distances between points, the coordinates of which have been determined by GNSS. The GNSS, which use in Field Artillery, are providing to use the coordinate method for determining of the grid azimuth onto landmarks for topogeodetic support. If the distance between the points will not less than 400–500 meters and the mean squared of the determining coordinates won’t exceed 3–5 meters, the coordinate method uses. The scientific novelty consist in the researching of the fundamentally new conditions of the use of GNSS and the software in the Joint Force Operation, which provide the necessary accuracy of determining grid azimuth, reduce time for executing, and also it can be the alter method. Practical meaning. The recommendations for using GNSS by tactical level commanders have been developed. Method. The study of the influence of the choice of the number of signatures for the controlled classification on the basis of the parametric rule of maximumprobability based on a high-resolution image obtained fromthe GeoEye1 remote sensing system. Results. The study is based on the analysis of statistical characteristics of the spectral brightness of pixels, which allows us to conclude about the priority of signatures of a particular size. The created classified images for two cases of the chosen sizes of signatures on test sites allow to estimate accuracy of the areas of the chosen classes. Scientific novelty and practical significance. The novelty of the obtained results is the study of the size of training samples for the controlled classification of space images by the method of maximum probability. The method of controlled classification according to the rule of maximum probability allows to identify various objects characteristic of the forest vegetation areas. Using the right selection of signatures and their location in the image, you can determine the type of forest objects, including categories of conifers: healthy, damaged and dry, which have complex spectral brightness. Method. Water resources play a significant socio-economic, environmental and biosphere role. Floodplains, as a kind of biogeocenoses and an integral part of modern landscapes, through the system of energy flows in them, carried out under the influence of living matter and various natural and anthropogenic factors, affect other types of ecosystems and the biosphere as a whole. The main problematic issues of land use are: disturbance of natural landscapes (slopes, beaches) as a result of intensive development of the coast, taking into account natural conditions; unreasonable construction of floodplains, which has exacerbated the crisis in their basins; plowing of lands within the coastal protection strips to the water's edge; deforestation, which is carried out primarily in the coastal areas of rivers, lakes, seas, reservoirs negatively affects the state of the lands of the water fund. To solve these problems, it is very important to study the rational use of water resources in artificial and natural terms, which will contribute to the preservation and reproduction of these vulnerable objects. Results. Features of land use of the water fund of the Transcarpathian region are considered. The component structure of the lands of the water fund and the peculiarities of its territorial differentiation are studied. The shares of artificial and natural water bodies in the Transcarpathian region have been determined. A detailed description of water fund lands and their structure, data on the area of land occupied by water bodies (rivers and streams, lakes and coastal closed reservoirs), hydraulic and other water facilities, as well as coastal protection strips, the distribution of water fund lands by land users, as well as the distribution of water fund lands within the administrative districts of the Zakarpattia region. Scientific novelty and practical significance. To perform such tasks in geodesy usually use the relative method of determining the coordinates in static mode. The technique of the relative method is based on determining the coordinates of an unknown point relative to a known one. The coordinates of the base point must be known, often precisely specified on the basis of the State Geodetic Networks. Static mode of observation is most often used to build geodetic networks, because it has the highest accuracy. In this study, the base points were active reference stations, the coordinates of which are set from the weekly combined solution of the GNSS-network. The purpose of the work is to investigate the accuracy of the application of the method of determining the coordinates according to GNSS-observations with reference to the network of active reference stations. Methodology. The data of GNSS-observations performed at the triangulation points of the State Geodetic Network and data of reference stations are used in the work. Based on these data, conditional GNSS-networks were formed for their processing in the software package, which consisted of three reference stations and one triangulation point. The data processing process assumed that the nearest reference stations were taken as a control point, the specified coordinates of which were recorded as control and set in the ETRS2000 system. The obtained sets of coordinates of the same points and stations were transformed into the USK2000 system. The accuracy of the coordinates determined in this way was analyzed on the basis of coordinate differences and their standard deviations. Differences for reference stations were determined relative to the refined weekly coordinates, and for triangulation points relative to the mean. Results. The obtained differences at the points of the state network are within 1–2 cm, acquiring both positive and negative values. The only exception is the fifth observation session, where the differences are 2–4 cm with a positive sign. At the KOVL reference station, the coordinate differences vary from –1.2 cm to +1.8 cm, and at the MEL2 station from 0 cm to 5.4 cm. Coordinate changes at triangulation points were estimated by standard deviations of 2.1 cm, 1.1 cm, and 1.9 cm for XYZ, respectively. The accuracy of all other coordinates of the reference stations is 0.3–1.6 cm, with an average range from –2.7 cm to +1 cm. Scientific novelty and practical significance. The paper shows the method of determining the coordinates in the system USK2000 according to GNSS-observations with reference to the network of active reference stations. The aim of the work is to study the accuracy of determining the coordinates using a laser scanner laser scanner VLP-16 mounted on an octocopter DJI S1000. The authors implemented the technological scheme of installation of the VLP-16 laser scanner on the DJI S1000 octocopter and the method of studying the accuracy of determining the spatial coordinates of the points of objects with a laser scanner. The Department of Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics has developed a high-tech integrated complex of UAVs helicopter type DJI S1000 with air laser scanner Velodyne Lidar VLP- 16. As a result of creation of a complex the completely unified system without additional manufacturing of precision details and knots is received. For the S1000 helicopter-type UAV, test flights were performed to determine the accuracy of the obtained spatial coordinates using a scanner mounted on the body of the octocopter, the results were respectively: mX = 0.04 m, mY = 0.03 m, mZ = 0.04 m. The obtained results should be applied to the complex for various topographic and applied problems. Results. The proposed complex was tested at the appropriate control points obtained during aeroscanning with UAVs at control points, which made it possible to justify the effectiveness of the proposed method. Scientific novelty. For the first time, a compact, active VLP-16 laser scanner was tested on an DJI S1000 octocopter UAV. Practical significance. The obtained data from laser scanning can be used to solve various engineering problems. Development of effective methods of exposure and prognostication of deformations of engineering building highways, bridges, ferriages is actual, as her a successful decision and further development bring in important payment in providing of reliability, longevity and safety of exploitation of corresponding building and allows to conduct permanent supervisions on the state engineering building is monitoring. Methodology. For planning of reconstruction of linear building of bridge there was application of the modern geodesic measurable systems and programmatic foods, that allowed to get a result with high exactness and in the earliest possible date. We in the research used a supermodern geodesic device – electronic taheometr scan of SХ- 10, that carries out the geodesic output of territory for the counted minutes, that allowed to get the complete package of geodesic data for planning in more inaccessible places by the scan-out of earth surface. This device allows to conduct the project geodesic seeking out under wate with minimum errors, that it is very important during development of project decisions at building or reconstruction building is bridge. Results. For help to the SХ-10 a taheometrihne output was carried out, to get results for the counted minutes with the least errors and the complex system of the automated mapping, that answers the modern requirements of conduct of economic activity in the field of a geodesy, cartography, is created. The results of output treated by means of modern Сredo software-dat 4 and Tomatik Robur is Seeking out, where the draft of reconstruction of bridge is built, longitudinal and transversal profiles of building roadway in a digital kind and a project is worked out. Scientific novelty of application of modern geodesic equipment electronic to taheometr – scintiscanner of SХ-10 and modern geodesic Сredo software –dat 4 and Tomatik Robur – Seeking out helps in the shortest time with the least sentinels and estimate charges to get and process the results of the geodesic measuring and complete package of calculations, build in the digital type of drafts of reconstruction of bridge. By means of the new measurable systems and GIS-teсhnologies we built 3D of model of reconstruction bridge of building, that allowed to see on the screen to the monitor all engineering project measures, that it was before unpossible to do planning after old methods.
