The purpose of the research is to substantiate the theoretical and scientific-methodical bases of the importance of geodetic support of the territories of the regions, to assess the possibility of creating topographic maps and plans of one or another scale on the existing geodetic network. Methods. To achieve the purpose of the research, the following methods and techniques were used: historical analysis (to study the history of geodetic support), geodetic (to determine the required density of geodetic points when conducting topographic surveys without violating regulations), mathematical (to determine the completion of the geodetic network, assessments of the possibility of creating topographic maps and plans for a particular area), methods of cartography (to display the points of geodetic support) and others. Results. The history of research of geodetic support of the regions of the territory of Ukraine is hundreds of years old, but only, in our opinion, in recent years (the years of independence of Ukraine) they have acquired a scientific character. The analysis of geodetic support of the territory of Chernivtsi oblast is carried out. The possibility of creating topographic maps and plans on the existing geodetic network has been assessed. To create topographic maps and plans in accordance with the requirements of regulations, the necessary completion of the geodetic network on the territory of Chernivtsi oblast is calculated. Scientific novelty. The history of geodetic support of the territory of Chernivtsi oblast is supplemented by its current state, which is based on the “Basic provisions of the State Geodetic Network of Ukraine” of 1998, which in 2013 were replaced by “Procedure for building the State Geodetic Network”. On the basis of the current DGM, the possibility of creating topographic maps and plans was assessed. The completion of the points of the geodetic network is calculated according to the requirements of normative documents. Practical meaning. The goal of this paper is to consider the European and Ukrainian experience of using cartographic products in the development of national registers of the material cultural heritage (CH). Also, to identify the approach most appropriate for Ukraine. Methodology. It was previously proved that the current, feasible and “correct” model of the development of Spatial Data Infrastructures (SDI) of Ukraine should be product-process. This model is used in the analysis of European and Ukrainian experience. Results. Two approaches to the organization of such national registers have been set. The first can be called classical, according to which the registers must correspond to the product model of the development of Spatial Data Infrastructures (SDI). The second can be called non-classical, because the created registers must correspond to the process and more advanced models of SDI development. Scientific novelty. It has been proved for the first time that the future electronic State Register of the material CH of Ukraine must correspond to the product-process model of NSDI. Practical value. The obtained results can be used in the development of a real electronic State Register of the material CH of Ukraine. Drbal","doi":"10.33841/1819-1339-1-43-55-61","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33841/1819-1339-1-43-55-61","url":null,"abstract":"The aim is to analyze the technical characteristics of leveling points to establish their real state in the context of combining the leveling main elevation base of Ukraine with European leveling lines to identify deficiencies and to develop scientific and technical proposals to improve monitoring of leveling lines Ι and II classes on territory of Western Ukraine. Method. For the analysis of technical characteristics of leveling points, which are presented on the geoportal of DGM of Ukraine, methods of statistical analysis are used, which are based on consecutive actions to study and interpret technical characteristics of leveling points in the context of monitoring of level of SMH of Ukraine. Results. The proposed scientific and technical recommendations allow to increase the efficiency of organizational and technological processes, which are the basis for monitoring the state of geodetic points of the DGM of Ukraine, and practically prove the need for scientific and technical developments for monitoring leveling points. Scientific novelty. The performed statistical analysis of the characteristics of leveling points is the basis for the development of the author's scientific, technical and organizational recommendations for monitoring the leveling marks of the DGM of Ukraine for the relevant management structures of the State Geocadastre. It will also reveal the weaknesses of their operation, which are due to different nature of the changes that have accumulated over the long life cycle of leveling points. The set of technical characteristics of points that need refinements or changes is determined, which will increase the efficiency of inspection and updating of leveling points. The practical significance of the work is to analyze the characteristics of leveling points (name, type of center, sign, network class, method of determining coordinates, description, status, previous name, figure), which are presented on the geoportal DGM of Ukraine and located in Volyn, Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Rivne, Ternopil, Chernivtsi regions in order to clarify the current state of leveling points for the development of scientific, technological, organizational recommendations for regional management structures of the State Geocadastre, as well as for specialists who perform inspections and updates of DGM. The aim of the work is to determine the planned position on the modern space image of the destroyed castle in Zvenigorod, Lviv region and its infrastructure facilities according to archival maps of 18–19 centuries. Method. One of the possible technological schemes for research is offered. The analysis of the realized projects of similar character and in particular, concerning Zvenigorodsky castle is executed. The first stage of the work was to perform geometric correction of input graphics. Geometric correction included the transformation of input graphic data, namely: a space image of Zvenigorod, obtained from the GeoEye-1 satellite in 2017, an archival map vonMiga of the 18th century, a Polish archival map of the 18th century, an archeological research plan under the LODA project. When transforming archival maps, the maximum UPC was 6 pixels or 4.3 dead on the ground. The maximum root mean square error of transformation of modern graphic materials was 1 pixel or 0.5 m off-road. All materials were transformed into MapInfo in the internal orthogonal projection of the Plan-Scheme/Meters program. From archival maps of the 18th century. and from the topographic plan of archeological researches the infrastructure objects of Zvenigorod Castle and the adjacent territory were vectorized. A comparative analysis of vectorized objects based on different time materials was performed. It has been determined that the data of archeological researches differ somewhat from the objects marked on the archival maps, possibly due to the generalization of the maps. But in any case, these objects can not be discarded in further radiometric studies of the area. Results. As a result of the research, a thematic model of a 1:2000 scale photographic plan was created, based on a transformed space image obtained from the GeoEye-1 satellite in 2017. data from the modern topographic plan. Practical value. The obtained results can be used by the museum of the historical and cultural reserve “Ancient Zvenigorod”. The purpose of this paper is to create a tourist map and develop of new tourist routes of the Kherson region using cartographic materials by means of geographic information system ArcGIS 10.8. Method. The main stages of creating a tourist map of the Kherson region are: search and analysis of input data; download raster administrative-territorial map into the ArcGIS 10.8; geo-referencing administrative-territorial map; vectorization of the main objects of the map, in particular: administrative boundaries of the region and districts, settlements, roads and railways, stations, hydrography, etc.; collecting of information about tourist sites in the region; location of tourist objects on the Kherson region electronic map; entering information about tourist objects into the attribute tables of the thematic layers of the map; development of tourist routes and drawing them on an electronic tourist map; analysis of the created tourist map. Results. As a result of the research, an electronic tourist map of the Kherson region was created using GIS ArcGIS 10.8, which includes 222 tourist sites and 649 objects of various profiles and infrastructure, as well as 11 circular automobile tourist routes covering the entire territory, and 2 water excursion routes along the Dnieper River. Scientific novelty. The novelty of the research work lies in the development of new excursion tourist routes and tourist objects, as well as their visualization on the created electronic tourist map of the Kherson region using GIS technologies. Practical value. Method. Farming is a form of entrepreneurial activity of citizens with or without the creation of a legal entity who have expressed a desire to produce marketable agricultural products, process and sell them in order to make a profit on land provided for family farming. An important role in the production of agricultural products is now given to farms that have actually become full-fledged entities in the agrarian diversified economy, have passed their first stage of formation and formation. The presence of a large number of large producers, problems of organization and location of wholesale markets, insufficient population of rural areas, inadequate level of resource supply – all this determines the specifics of the competitive environment in which farms operate. The task of development of farms in Ukraine requires the study of the peculiarities of their activities, analysis of the current stage of functioning of farms, identifying obstacles to their development and outlining areas for improvement of their activities. This is what determines the relevance of this article. Results. The scales and tendencies of development of farms in Ukraine, their place among other agricultural producers, including in the context of regions of Ukraine are analyzed. The main indicators of their activity are described. It is confirmed that despite the large number of farms, their place in the agricultural economy of Ukraine still remains insignificant. The main organizational and economic problems of farm development in Ukraine have been identified, which are related to the lack of equity, conditions for free access to credit, as well as the inadequate ratio between prices for technical equipment and agricultural products. The position of farms in the world is revealed. Scientific novelty and practical significance. The development of farming as a priority form of agricultural farms is shown. A number of measures for the development of farms are proposed. The advantages of farms over personal farms and over agricultural enterprises are given. In this regard there is also a need to build a regional model of the geoid on the territory of our country, which would be well consistent with the model of the European geoid EGG2015. To obtain the optimal model, it is necessary to use both gravimetric and geometric data. In this case, the model is called gravimetric-geometric. This approach is used both when building a model of the European geoid and when building geoid models on the territory of different European countries. Aim. The purpose of this work is to build a regional geometric STHA-model of the geoid on the Lviv region area and assess its accuracy. In the future it is planned to build a gravimetric STHA-model of the geoid in the same area and compare the results. Methods. To build a geometric STHA-model of the geoid on the Lviv region area, the heights of the geometric geoid, obtained from GNSS-observations at the points of SGN of I, II and III classes, were used. RMS error of determination of geodetic heights , obtained from GNSS leveling in static mode, did not exceed 15 mm. 205 values of the calculated heights of the geoid were used to build the geoid model. 8 values were not involved in the construction of the model, because they were used for an independent assessment of model accuracy. Results. The regional model of geoid within the “Remove–Compute–Restore” procedure with introduction of regularization parameter is obteined. RMS error of the obtained model, calculated on the basis of the data used in its construction, is 12 mm, and on other independent data is 25 mm. Scientific novelty and practical significance. For the first time STHA-functions were tested to build a regional geoid model. The geometric model of the geoid on the Lviv region are is calculated and the accuracy of the obtained model is estimated on the basis of dependent and independent data. The RMS error of the obtained model was about 2 cm, which corresponds to the accuracy of GNSS-measurements.
