And iron defi ciency is a major cause of anemia. Pregnant women have a high risk of iron defi ciency anemia. The prevention of iron defi ciency anemia is done through an iron supplementation program with a daily dosing of 1 consecutive tablet for at least 90 days during pregnancy. Fe1 and Fe3 coverage at Primary Health Care of Kediri City South Region is 69.81% and 66.29%. This coverage is still below the target program 95% of 2014. This study to analyze the infl uence of interaction of pregnant mother with health worker on compliance to consume iron tablet (Fe) and anemia in pregnant mother at Primary health Care of Kediri City South Region. Analytical observation with cross sectional design. The population consists of 63 trimester pregnant women III. With a simple random sampling technique, a sample of 34 trimester pregnant women III who have received 90 iron tablets (Fe). Data were obtained from questionnaires, Maternal and Child Health books, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis using ordinal regression and binarylogistic regression. Hypothesis of research that there is infl uence of interaction of pregnant woman with health worker to compliance consume iron tablet (Fe) at pregnant mother at Primary Health Care of Kediri City South Region. There was an effect of interaction of pregnant women with health workers with good category and suffi cient compared to the less category of compliance of pregnant women consuming iron tablet (Fe) (p = 0.000 < 0.05), and there was considerable compliance effect compared with non compliance iron tablet (Fe) to anemia in pregnant mother (p = 0.012 < 0.05). The better the interaction of pregnant women with health workers, the more likely the pregnant women to obediently consume iron tablets (Fe) to prevent anemia during pregnancy. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Anemia merupakan penyebab utama terjadinya perdarahan. Dan kekurangan zat besi merupakan penyebab utama terjadinya anemia. Ibu hamil mempunyai risiko yang tinggi untuk mengalami anemia defi siensi besi. Penanggulangan anemia defi siensi besi dilakukan melalui program pemberian suplemen zat besi dengan dosis pemberian sehari sebanyak 1 tablet berturut-turut minimal selama 90 hari selama kehamilan. Cakupan Fe1 dan Fe3 di Puskesmas Kota Wilayah Selatan Kota Kediri yaitu sebesar 69,81% dan 66,29%. Cakupan ini masih berada di bawah target program tahun 2014 yaitu sebesar 95%. Health’s promotion was be the efforts to reduce adolescent involvement in their risk behaviors. Selected of health promotion’s media will increase the adolescents’ knowledge. The aim of the study were to determine the adolescents’ opinion about interactive’s puppet show as a health’s promotion on adolescents’ risk behaviors. The methods of the study were qualitative research with rapid assesment and use the opinion’s questionnaires as a tool. The study was conducted during the Interactive’s Puppet Show and held at Graha Indrapura Surabaya on November 2014. Samples of the study were high school’s students who present at the event. The results showed that 40 from 42 students gave their satisfi ed opinions about the interactive’s puppet show as a health’s promotion medium. The show for them as new thing, consider a very creative, interesting, funny, providing motivation and knowledge to youth-related issues as cigarettes, drugs and promiscuity. Opinions of respondents which were related to the issues were varied. The study concluded that adolescents gave positive’s opinions about puppets show and interactivediscussions as a health promotion’s medium. Adolescents had good responses to get knowledge about their problem. and interactive’s puppet show as health’s promotion models could be enjoyed and understood the content that were delivered to the audience. A good health’s promotion that could be accepted by adolescents were need to consider the topic and new alternative media for them. By holding adolescents as an equal partners was indispensable in delivered health’s promotion messages that were associated with adolescent problem itself. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Usia remaja merupakan usia rentan terhadap paparan perilaku berisiko. Promosi kesehatan adalah salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi keterlibatan remaja dalam perilaku berisiko. Pemilihan media promosi kesehatan yang tepat akan meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapat remaja terhadap pertunjukan wayang interaktif sebagai sarana promosi kesehatan tentang perilaku berisiko pada remaja. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan penilaian cepat melalui angket. Penelitian dilakukan saat pertunjukan Wayang Interaktif di Graha Indrapura pada bulan November 2014. Sampel adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas atau yang sederajat yang menghadiri acara tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 40 dari 42 siswa/siswi sekolah yang hadir menyatakan puas dengan pertunjukan wayang interaktif sebagai media promosi kesehatan. Pertunjukkan tersebut dianggap hal baru bagi remaja, kreatif, menarik, lucu, memberikan motivasi dan pengetahuan kepada remaja terkait masalah rokok, narkoba dan pergaulan bebas. These were related to the high number of maternal deaths from hemorrhage during and after childbirth. The National Health Insurance (JKN) provide great opportunities for ensuring the needs of the community blood transfusion services. Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2013 article 22 paragraph 1a.6 mentioned that blood transfusions became one of the health care benefi ts package in the fi rst degree. The purpose of this study to analyze the benefi ts package in the regulation of blood transfusion services, especially in health centers. Methods: This study was conducted in Surabaya. The analysis was performed on the results of Focus Group Discussion with actor implementing policies (health center, Indonesian Cross Red/PMI, Hospitals, and BPJS), by content analysis. Results: The blood transfusion services benefi t package had not been able to do in Health Center (Puskesmas/FKTP), especially Puskesmas in Surabaya. Package benefi ts of blood transfusion services confl ict with other policies. Theauthority to give a blood transfusion was not a health center (puskesmas) but the hospital. The technical requirements of medical support blood transfusion services in health centers did not according to the standard. Referral service was the most likely carried out by the health center when encountered cases of maternal urgency requiring blood transfusions. Conclusion: Package benefi ts of blood transfusion services in Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2013 article 22 contradicted by other policies already set. Availability of medical requirements that support these services had not been fulfilled. Blood transfusion services could not currently be implemented in Puskesmas Surabaya. Recommendation: The content of Presidential Decree no. 12 of 2013 article 22 requires the revision, that the blood transfusion service could only be carried out in health facilities provided medical technical requirements, both human resources and supporting infrastructure. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Latar Belakang: Kebutuhan pelayanan darah di Indonesia masih tinggi. The numbers of twelve indicators of HFI were decided as the marker of family health status. National Institute of Health Research and Development Ministry of Health has created Public Health Development Index (PHDI) which purpose to measure individual health status in certain area before the HFI is formed. To resolve health problems in both indices should be through joining program interventions. This analysis aims to determine what indicators are expected to provide leverage on both indices, thus more targeted indicators can be obtained as a program priority. Basic Health Research 2013 data is used as the compilers of PHDI and HFI in 497 districts/cities. The data has been processed to be an indicator per district/city and then analyzed using linear regression test. There are fi ve priority indicators that have a leverage on both indices that is access to clean water, access to sanitation, health care insurance ownership, family planning program, and birth delivery by health worker in health facility. The model for adjusting HFI has a correlation value of 0.932, while the correlation for PHDI is 0.796. It is expected that intervention on these fi ve indicators will increase the HFI and PHDI, therefore the goal for becoming a healthy Indonesia can be achieved. It needs a cross-sector collaboration to build health care facilities that support health of the community. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Keberhasilan Program Indonesia Sehat (PIS) dengan Pendekatan Keluarga (PK) diukur dengan Indeks Keluarga Sehat (IKS). Jumlah IKS yang telah disepakati terdiri dari 12 indikator sebagai penanda status kesehatan sebuah keluarga. Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan (Balitbangkes) telah menyusun Indeks Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat (IPKM) yang berfungsi mengukur status kesehatan individu pada suatu wilayah sebelum IKS terbentuk. Penyelesaian masalah kesehatan pada kedua indeks tersebut harus dilakukan intervensi program yang sejalan. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator apa saja yang dapat memberikan daya ungkit pada kedua indeks, sehingga dapat diperoleh indikator yang lebih mengerucut untuk dijadikan prioritas program. Data yang digunakan adalah data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2013 sebagai penyusun IPKM dan IKS pada 497 kabupaten/kota. Uji statistik menggunakan data yang sudah dianalisis menjadi indikator per kabupaten/kota. Berdasarkan uji regresi linier, terdapat lima indikator yang dapat menjadi prioritas untuk memberikan daya ungkit pada kedua indeks yaitu akses air,akses sanitasi, kepemilikan jaminan kesehatan, program keluarga berencana, dan persalinan oleh nakes di faskes. It is due to there has not yet specific articles in the law such as Law number 23/2004 of women and child’s protection in domestic crime as well as Law number 23/2002 about child’s protection. The purpose of this study was to understand problems related to dating violence to strengthen the policy analysis of women’s protection under the laws. The methods was reviewing of policy and laws related documents and interviewed with the victims as well as partners or executors to understand the evidence. A qualitative analysis was implemented with snow-balling sample selection. Yogyakarta was selected as the study location considering that it has a huge population of colleges which the well known place of ‘kota pelajar’. The phenomenon of dating violence brings about psycho-social and health implication such as un-safe, feeling worry up until suicide trial. In addition un-expected pregnancy and risks of sexual transmitted infection become a serious thread related to un-negotiable power of the victims over the executor lead to inferior position of women when they ask the partners to use condom to prevent pregnancy. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Kekerasan dalam berpacaran (dating violence) merupakan salah satu bentuk kekerasan yang masih menjadi perdebatan di kalangan praktisi hukum, mengingat korban kekerasan dalam berpacaran tidak terlindungi oleh peraturan perundang- undangan yang secara spesifik telah disahkan oleh pemerintah, seperti UU no. 23 Tahun 2004 Tentang perlindungan perempuan dan anak terhadap KDRT serta UU no. 23 Tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengkajian perundang-undangan serta studi kualitatif sebagai pendamping kajian akan dilakukan pada mahasiswa di sekitar kampus yang bertujuan Mengkaji peran lintas sektoral dalam perlindungan masyarakat, terkait kekerasan, khususnya penanganan kekerasan dalam berpacaran di lingkungan kampus di DI Yogyakarta. Fenomena Kekerasan dalam berpacaran ini memiliki implikasi yang luas baik secara psikososial maupun kesehatan dimana kasus-kasus kekerasan ini berakibat pada mengalami kecemasan hingga keinginan untuk melakukan percobaan bunuh diri sedangkan pada kesehatan kekerasan dalam berpacaran terutama pada kekerasan seksual korban sangat berisiko mengalami kehamilan tidak diinginkan (KTD) tertular penyakit seksual menular. But the increase is not offset by the amount of the maximum service ESRD therapy. Compared with countries in the world, a renal transplant in Indonesia is still far behind. One of the hurdles is still weak due to regulatory support renal transplant in Indonesia. This article aims to look at the policy issues become an obstacle in the implementation of a renal transplant in Indonesia. This paper uses methods of regulatory reviews and articles related to a renal transplant. The analysis shows that the legal basis for a renal transplant in the form of existing legislation. However, the absence of specific regulations for a renal transplant and the decease donor in the form of technical instructions and guidelines for implementation rules became one of the obstacles in the development of renal transplantation in Indonesia. Renal transplants are covered by government funding, but still found gaps allocation of the amount of financing required a renal transplant so that implementation of clinical pathways on budgetary renal transplant is needed. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Dalam kurun waktu beberapa tahun belakangan ini telah terjadi peningkatan jumlah penderita penyakit ginjal kronis (PGK) stadium akhir di Indonesia. Namun meningkatnya jumlah tersebut belum diimbangi dengan pelayanan yang maksimal terhadap terapi PGK stadium akhir. Dibandingkan dengan negara di dunia, transplantasi ginjal di Indonesia masih jauh tertinggal. Salah satu hambatannya adalah disebabkan masih lemahnya dukungan regulasi transplantasi ginjal di Indonesia. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat permasalahan kebijakan yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan transplantasi ginjal di Indonesia. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode review peraturan dan artikel terkait transplantasi ginjal. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa payung hukum terhadap transplantasi ginjal dalam bentuk perundang-undangan sudah ada. Namun, belum adanya peraturan spesifik terhadap transplantasi ginjal dan donor jenazah dalam bentuk petunjuk teknis dan pedoman peraturan pelaksanaannya menjadi salah satu kendala dalam pengembangan transplantasi ginjal di Indonesia. In 2012, in Timor Tengah Selatan 25 mother died and as many as 93 children, including infants died. This study is a qualitative study aimed to determine community’s role in attemp to improve maternal health status at Timor Tengah Selatan. Data collection was conducted during March-November 2012 through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The result showed that there is community participation of cadres and community leaders as a motivator in improving maternal health status in South Central Timor district. They have also been doing their role in formulating policy in their village such as the agreement that no more birth process is done at home especially by the only help of traditional birth attendant. Their efforts did not mean without the support of health care facilities and good infrastructure. We need a facilitation from health personnel as facilitator for cadres and community leaders and development for better infrastructure. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Selama beberapa tahun terakhir, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan menyumbang angka tertinggi kematian ibu dan kematian bayi bagi Provinsi NTT dibandingkan dengan kabupaten/ kota yang lain. Pada tahun 2012, di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan 25 ibu meninggal dunia dan sebanyak 93 anak termasuk bayi meninggal dunia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran serta masyarakat dalam meningkatkan status kesehatan maternal di kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama bulan Maret–November 2012 dengan cara melakukan wawancara mendalam dan focus group discussion. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peran serta masyarakat yaitu kader dan tokoh masyarakat sebagai motivator dalam meningkatkan status kesehatan maternal di kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan. Selain itu kader dan tokoh masyarakat mempunyai peran dalam menyusun kebijakan tingkat desa dalam hal ini yaitu adanya kesepakatan bahwa tidak ada lagi proses kelahiran yang dilakukan di rumah apalagi hanya dengan bantuan dukun bersalin. Upaya mereka tidaklah berarti tanpa dukungan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan infrastruktur wilayah yang baik. The dense number of Umrah pilgrims may be at risk of transmission of the disease especially from endemic areas such as meningitis. Since 2002, the Saudi Arabian government has issued a policy requiring meningitis vaccination in both pilgrims and umrah, but there is still little problem in the provision of MM vaccination for Umrah pilgrims. This paper aims to determine the implementation of meningitis vaccination services for Umrah pilgrims in Indonesia. Data collection was done by indepth interview and focus group discussion to stakeholders related to the implementation of Umrah health service and supported by secondary data. The research was conducted at KKP Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, Banten. Implementation of the Meningococcus ACYW-135 meningitis vaccine should be carried out at the designated Port Health Office (KKP) or Government Hospital, vaccination is done at least 1 month before the scheduled departure time. KKP is an institution that has the authority to issue International Certificate Vaccination (ICV) as a condition of issuance of Umrah visa from Saudi Arabia. But in the field there are many fraudulent ICV publishing done by some irresponsible umrah travels. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Saat ini, minat masyarakat terhadap ibadah umrah semakin tinggi. Padatnya jumlah Jemaah umrah dapat berisiko terjadinya penularan penyakit terutama yang berasal dari daerah endemis seperti meningitis. Sejak tahun 2002, pemerintah Arab Saudi mengeluarkan kebijakan yang Mewajibkan vaksinasi meningitis pada Jemaah haji maupun umrah, namun masih ditemukan adanya sedikit masalah dalam pemberian vaksinasi Meningitis Meningococcus untuk Jemaah umrah. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelayanan vaksinasi meningitis bagi Jemaah umrah di Indonesia. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan indepth interview dan focus group discussion kepada stakeholder terkait pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan umrah serta didukung oleh data sekunder. Penelitian dilakukan di KKP bandara Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang, Banten. Pelaksanaan penyuntikan vaksin Meningitis Meningococcus ACYW-135 wajib dilaksanakan di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan (KKP) atau Rumah Sakit Pemerintah yang telah ditunjuk, vaksinasi dilakukan minimal 1 bulan sebelum jadwal keberangkatan. The lack of utilization of ANC by pregnant women is associated with many factors, one of which is the lack of awareness of pregnant women about the importance of pregnancy care. The purpose of this study analyzed the influence of awareness of the situation of pregnant women with the frequency of antenatal visits. The research method was analytic observational with cross sectional study design. The study sample was 38 pregnant women who lived in the working are at waru public health center’s. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data collection using primary data by questionnaire and secondary data with the instrument KIA book. Data were processed and analyzed by using frequency distribution and inferential analyze of linier regression with a significance level of 5% (p = 0.05). The results of linear regression analysis in pregnant women showed significant value of β 0.684 (β > 0.500), that the awareness of the situation had an effect on the frequency of antenatal care. A good situation awareness is a necessary process to influence the decision to act, it is a pregnancy test and can be seen the frequency of antenatal care of a pregnant woman. This conclusion Waru public health center’s is a health clinic located in the highlands. Still less maximal antenatal care visits because of the support and access to antenatal care. This study aims to determine the relationship of the quality of pharmaceutical services and outpatient satisfaction in the era of national health insurance. This study is a review of five studies that were taken from google scholar with topics related to quality pharmacy services and patient satisfaction, especially outpatients with the aim to see the relationship between the two topics. Satisfaction outpatient pharmacy services to be measured from five aspects: the tangible (direct evidence / physical), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), empathy (hospitality / caring). Outpatient satisfaction with the services of pharmacy measured from five aspects of service quality. There are three research which states that the satisfaction of outpatients have a low value at the time of drug services (reliability). There are two results of the study which states that satisfaction of outpatients have a low value on the guarantee (assurance). Increasing satisfaction with time outpatient drug services can be reached by making work system more simple, adding pharmacy workers, educating consumers about the services provided. While the increase in outpatient satisfaction about the assurance can be reached by increasing the amount of drug in the recipe included in BPJS dependents and ensure the availability of drugs. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan salah satu sarana layanan kesehatan yang sangat penting dan menunjang layanan perawatan medik pada era jaminan kesehatan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian dan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan pada era jaminan kesehatan nasional. Penelitian ini merupakan review dari 5 penelitian yang diambil dari google scholar dengan topik yang terkait dengan mutu pelayanan farmasi dan kepuasan pasien khususnya pasien rawat jalan dengan tujuan untuk melihat hubungan kedua topik tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian dapat diukur dari 5 aspek yaitu tangible (bukti langsung/ fisik), reliability (keandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), empathy (keramahan/ kepedulian). Terdapat tiga hasil penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa kepuasan pasien rawat jalan mempunyai nilai rendah pada waktu layanan obat (reliability) serta dua hasil penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa kepuasan pasien rawat jalan mempunyai nilai rendah pada jaminan (assurance). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap waktu layanan obat dapat ditempuh dengan cara membuat sistem kerja yang lebih sederhana, menambah petugas farmasi, edukasi konsumen tentang layanan yang diberikan.
