In our research, we have proposed an adaptive threshold value selection technique with morphological operation for the detection of brain tumor which is very much promising. Our proposed method can adapt with different kinds of intensity values of the pixels of MRI FLAIR image and can detect tumor efficiently. Initially we have detected the highest intensity value of the brightest region assuming as tumorous cell and also specify an intensity value which is covering maximum pixels assuming as healthy cells and their difference is also being calculated. If the difference between the maximum intensity value of the brightest region and the intensity value of any random pixel is in the range of the previous difference, then the pixel is detected as a member of tumor cell otherwise not. In this research, we have used BRATS 2013 and 2015 datasets with accuracy 95% and 89.78% respectively. Therefore, it is not easy to learn sign language for communicating with the Deaf and Mute individuals. Thus, an interpreter is essential to interact with deaf and mute people who can interpret hand gestures to characters and characters to hand gestures. However, the appointment of an expert interpreter for most of the families having deaf and mute members in a low incoming country like Bangladesh. Considering these issues, we propose a system in which all members in a family where deaf and mute family members exists can communicate easily and efficiently. In our proposed system, we have used convolutional neural-network to recognize hand gestures and classify the characters and vice versa. Feature extraction from multiple channel fNIRS signal is always challenging due to its high dimensionality. To reduce the feature dimension, common spatial pattern (CSP) is an effective method. The present research work proposes an algorithm named by standardized common spatial pattern (SCSP) based filtering method for fNIRS based motor imagery classification. This work used both the conventional CSP method and the proposed SCSP method to extract the features from the fNIRS signal through spatial filtering. The results revealed that the proposed SCSP algorithm outperformed the conventional CSP method and channel-wise methods for classifying the two motor imagery event classifications. We have proposed a double gate (DG) Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) basedn-type tunnel field effect transistor (TFET) that offers much lower subthreshold swing $(SS)$ compared to conventional MOS devices, which is considered as a supreme figure of merit in transistor performance. Since the channel thickness, that is, the number of MoS2 layer in the channel has a remarkable influence on the device performance; determination of optimum channel thickness (no. of MoS2 layer) is the main focus in the present study. In order to do so, a closed form analytical model for tunneling current and SS are used. In particular, the impact of channel length, screening length, oxide thickness, doping concentration and oxide dielectric strength are studied as a function of channel thickness to optimize the highest band-to-band tunneling (BTBT) current and lowest SS. In this paper, a novel model is proposed to conduct an automatic indication and two-layer purification process for home water. The automated indication system is necessary to stop the probable scarcity of drinking water, wastage of water in various levels and purification system is needed for safe drinking water. Proposed system can also maintain the proper distribution of water during hot and humid weather by sensing temperatures and humidity. People of Bangladesh are very concern about the national cricket squad before any match or any series. Besides these perfect squad and combination selection is needed to win any cricket match or any series. In this article a model is proposed to select an optimal cricket squad using statistical data and genetic algorithm. The last 2 years performance of all Bangladeshi players in national league and international matches is considered to predict each player performance and select top 30 players using statistical data. Then genetic algorithm is applied on these 30 players to predict final Bangladeshi national cricket squad of 14 members. The predicted squad in this proposed model is only valid for one day international(ODI) match. Work on sublimated graphene is largely circled around the production technique having a lack study of its inner electronic properties. In this paper a comparative investigation of different properties of sublimated graphene on silicon carbide is performed using Density Functional Theory first principle calculations. For analyzing practical growth condition and properties one atom vacancy defect and N doping is also included in the sublimated graphene layer. Band structure and density of states have been calculated for all three structures including Van der Waals interactions. Difference in band gap from $(100 sim 130)$ meV at dirac point have been observed for each structure. Comparison of Density of States provides significant prove of its dependency on carrier concentration when 6.67 dopant is added. Charge density have been calculated to have better insight on structural characteristics. In traditional Bangla news recommendation system, recommend news from the different newspapers of the same day. Actually, they contain the same news just from different sources. From the user's view, it is more desired if users get to know more diverse information on the same news. In this paper, we have represented a noble approach for recommending news on the same topic with more diverse information. At first, we have done news clustering; it is an automatic learning technique aimed to create clusters that are coherent internally, but substantially different from each other. In this approach, we have used anaphora resolution to increase the keywords frequency. We build an automatic word tagger for anaphora resolution, which can tag all nouns and pronouns with five different criteria (Number, Person, Status, Gender, and POS). Next we have counted document wise unique words to calculate tf-Idf algorithm with cosine similarity to make the recommendation. So all things related to the patient’s prescription and diagnostic services can be seen and served accordingly and smartly. Furthermore, the pharmacy view feature is added for searching desire medicine available to the located pharmacy with price and specifications that leads to a better option for exploring the drug and lessens their sufferings. The idea behind is, there is no such tracking system in CU. Moreover, some limitations arise with the present existing tracking systems in the universe-need hardware maintenance in the GSM/GPRS module that is expensive also, use conventional MySQL database that updates data within few seconds etc. Concerning these limitations, the developed system uses two smartphone applications for transmitting and receiving information using Firebase, an online server with real-time database updating data within few milliseconds that makes the system faster than others. The In-vehicle app receives latitude and longitude values from the satellite and transmits them to the firebase.
