The SMPS system is established in a website-based platform with MySQL database system that maintains a central health service database where all the information, records and reports of patients are saved against a patient’s unique code number. In this system, doctors can check patient’s details, advice for medical tests, prescribe medicine, and any recommendation, the patient can access it for prescription details using own access method, and diagnostic centers update and upload patient’s test reports on time. So all things related to the patient’s prescription and diagnostic services can be seen and served accordingly and smartly. Furthermore, the pharmacy view feature is added for searching desire medicine available to the located pharmacy with price and specifications that leads to a better option for exploring the drug and lessens their sufferings. 摘要

本文提出智能医疗处方服务(SMPS)模式,开发基于云的数据库管控服务系统,实现医患双赢。SMPS系统建立在一个基于网站的平台上,MySQL数据库系统维护一个中央卫生服务数据库,根据患者的唯一代码号保存患者的所有信息、记录和报告。在该系统中,医生可以查看患者的详细信息、医学检查建议、开药和任何建议,患者可以使用自己的访问方式访问处方详细信息,诊断中心可以及时更新和上传患者的检查报告。因此,所有与患者的处方和诊断服务相关的东西都可以被看到,并相应地和智能地服务。此外,还增加了药房视图功能,用于搜索所在药房的价格和规格,从而为探索药物提供更好的选择,并减轻他们的痛苦。该系统可以很好地替代现有和未来医院和诊所的传统系统。
