In Indonesia there has been a dynamic of progress related to the issue of non-Muslim inheritance. Through progressive law it can be seen that statutory regulations have limitations, so that the need for human participation in progressive law. The legal vacuum in Indonesia regarding the inheritance of different religions requires judges as state officials to innovate in order to adapt to the times with the complexities of Indonesian society. This paper aims to analyze the correlation of progressive law in presenting obligatory wills to non-Muslim heirs. This research is a library research with a normative approach. From the results of the study found the implementation of several progressive legal concepts that are aligned with the granting of obligatory wills for non-Muslim heirs. The expansion of obligatory will arrangements in Indonesia can be seen from the MUI Fatwa regarding heirs of different religions or non-Muslims and variations in the results of the Supreme Court's decision regarding the arrangement of obligatory wills. The renewal of the rules regarding the obligatory will is a form of implementation of progressive legal values. This study is a descriptive research method with using content analysis with a qualitative approach. Source data in this study is a textbook fourth grade students SD/MI theme 1. Technology data collection in this study is documentation. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Hubermen model which includes four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The results of the study show that there are 5 values of character education in student textbooks that value of religious characters 31ntimes, nationalist appeared 38 times, independent appeared 8 times, mutual cooperation as much as 30 time with, and integrity as 1 times. Contextual approach as an effort to provide a link to the quality of Islamic education values. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with a sample of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Ummah students. The researchers' data collection techniques were interviews and observations, while the data analysis was in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The result of the discussion in this article is that the value of Islamic education with a contextual approach greatly impacts students. That's because contextual learning can help students understand the subject matter they are studying by connecting the subject matter with its application in everyday life, a teacher must provide good education to students to apply the values of monotheism and moral values that exist within themselves. . The research question prepared is how the readiness of schools to face an independent curriculum. The research was carried out at SMPN 5 Padang Panjang on 12, 19 and 26 November 2022 by means of observation and interviews with school principals, curriculum representatives, and teacher councils. The research results were analyzed and processed in a narrative and descriptive manner. The results of the study stated that various preparations had been made at SMPN 5 Padang Panjang from various groups. Readiness is carried out not only by schools, but also by school principals, curriculum representatives, PAI teachers and other subject teachers. Descriptive method in the form of correlation study is used for research. 30 grade V A students at SDN 17 Pontianak City were used as research subjects. The indicators of interest and motivation to learn included: concentration of attention, feeling happy with learning, willingness or tendency to learn, length of study, learning attitude, consistency with learning, persistence with learning, loyalty with learning, and vision with learning. Documents that contain learning outcomes and data from the results of the questionnaire are the statistics used. The data collection technique used was a documentation technique using the average value of thematic cognitive learning of class V A students at SDN 17 Pontianak City, and the data collection method used was an indirect communication technique or an intermediary tool in the form of a learning interest questionnaire and a learning motivation questionnaire using a level significant 5%, or N = 30 is 0.361. This study shows that there is no correlation between students' learning interest and cognitive learning outcomes and the correlation between students' learning motivation and cognitive learning outcomes is rcount = 0.187 and 0.209. As well as interest and student motivation with cognitive learning outcomes is rcount = 0.226. In gathering information, the techniques implemented were observation, interviews, and documentation, then the tools used in collecting data were observation guides, interview guides, and media documentation. In analyzing the data, it is done interactively and continuously using data reduction or grouping techniques, then presenting the data, and finally concluding the results of the analysis based on every fact found. The presentation of the results of data analysis in this study was carried out descriptively on the basis of the findings obtained from 16 informants. Its pedagogical system for early childhood education creates a different understanding of the nature of the child. This study aims to reveal Ibn Katsir's concept of the nature of children through the Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aẓim. In addition, it aims to uncover the discourse between these two causes by analyzing debates in child development. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive and analytical approaches. Data was collected through documents using Creswell's model analysis techniques. According to research conducted on the topic of human fitrah, fitrah as defined by Ibn Katsir is a positive and innate potential called Tawhid. This trait gives people the ability to act naturally without manipulation, which makes it essential for education to maintain. Education can study the actions of the prophet Muhammad through his stories and lessons. This is because Allah provided guidance through the messenger by teaching literacy and modeling. Additionally, education can use logic and data to learn through activities like classroom exercises. In order to receive the best result possible, children may utilize methods like Jidal or Mau'idhoh. Another option is to follow rote memorization and recitation with modeling from adults or teachers. Once necessary, the Fitrah can be utilized. In this case, it becomes a need for children to follow God's early promise to help shape their potential into a reality.
