The local hydrogen market among the MMG and HRSs is modeled by multi-leader multi-follower Stackelberg game theory, in which microgrids play the role of leaders to adjust hydrogen prices while HRSs participate as followers to determine their hydrogen purchase scheme. Moreover, to deal with economic and technical issues of the MMG in a holistic manner, Nash bargaining theory is used to model the electricity transaction among microgrids. A distributed algorithm is developed to solve such games, thus reducing the cost of information communication and the risk of privacy exposure. In the current spot market pilot areas, relevant technical support systems use foreign commercial optimization solvers such as CPLEX and GUROBI as tools for real-time power market modeling and calculation. In recent years, domestic optimization solvers have developed rapidly in linear programming. Excellent products such as Cardinal Operations COPT and Alibaba MindOpt have emerged, realizing the independent control of optimization solvers. This paper analyzes and compares the differences between the autonomous controllable optimization solver and foreign mainstream products in parameter setting, algorithm function, function interface function and use mode, and establishes a unified modeling interface suitable for multiple solvers, so as to achieve the effect that different solvers can be called at one modeling. Secondly, according to the mathematical model of real-time power market, the modeling and calculation of real-time power market clearing model are realized based on the unified modeling interface. The series hybrid DC system adopts the hybrid structure of line commutated converter (LCC) and modular multilevel converter (MMC), which can make full use of the advantages of LCC and MMC. The paper presents the operation control strategy of hybrid DC system under two operation modes, and designs the startup strategy of hybrid DC system under different operation modes at the sending end. As the core module of the infrared thermal imaging camera, the infrared thermal imaging sensor is an indispensable part of the infrared thermal imaging camera. Infrared thermal imaging cameras rely on infrared thermal imaging sensors to measure temperature and perform thermal imaging. If the infrared thermal imaging sensor detects the temperature wrong, there will be serious consequences of delaying the military situation in the military, and will seriously affect the production and life of the society in the civilian field. In this work, it is demonstrated that intentional electromagnetic interference can affect the communication process of the infrared thermal imaging sensor MLX90640. Intuitively, high load power and low renewable power output tend to increase the cost of controllable generators. Thus in most cases, the worst case of load power takes its upper bound and the worst case of renewable power takes its lower bound. As a result, the number of uncertain variables can be reduced. However, there are also counter-examples where the worst case is the opposite case. To study which uncertain variables can be reduced to deterministic ones, we summarize the connection between locational marginal price (LMP) and the worst case of uncertain variables. A simplification method based on LMP is proposed to reduce the number of uncertain variables. The typical reduction method — temporal clustering method cannot be applied to systems with long-cycle storages because of the loss of chronological information. A new framework of reformulated unit commitment composed of both temporal clustering with clustering index and unit clustering in the spatial dimension is proposed here, which aims at combining the advantages of the two clustering methods for unit commitment to suffice as the operation routine in large-scale long-term long-cycle storages equipped power system optimizations. This paper proposes a frequency constrained source-grid-load-storage coordination dispatch model to coordinate various generation sources, which can be formulated with a mixed-integer quadratic programming (MIQP) problem. In this study, a new ensemble learning TSA model based on Bayesian model averaging method is proposed. Firstly, the Long-short Term Memory (LSTM) network and multidimensional deep neural network (DNN) is used to establish eight independent machine learning models, according to the generator power angle, rotor speed electromagnetic power and bus voltage features. Since these sub-models can only achieve different accuracies ranging from 50%, 84.28% to 95% even for the simple test system, it can not have sufficient generalization ability for real world TSA applications. Then the pre-trained sub-models are weighted and averaged by Bayesian model averaging method to obtain the ensemble learning model. Case studies of electromechanical transient simulation are analyzed on the modified IEEE 39-bus test system to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
