To solve the problem of DC bus voltage stability of microgrid caused by complex disturbances such as intermittent energy and random load switching of photovoltaic DC microgrid, this paper first establishes the corresponding mathematical model based on the volt-ampere characteristics of DC microgrid and uses the characteristics of energy storage system to develop an adaptive droop control strategy to ensure that the bus voltage is constant. Based on the effective capacity coefficient of renewable energy, calculation method of pure renewable energy installed capacity was proposed. Voltage and inertia support problems were solved by dynamic compensation equipment. Based on the minimum power fluctuation of new energy, the optimal hybrid ratio of wind and PV power was studied. Energy storage allocation under optimal ratio of wind and PV power hybrid transportation was also researched. Empirical analysis was carried out in Northwest Power grid. PSD-PEBL program was used to check the power balance which proves the feasibility of the proposed transmission mode. Some users with distributed resources or regulation capabilities are transformed into prosumers with both production and consumption attributes. They can trade energy through bidding to get more benefits. Limited by information and decision-making capabilities, prosumers do not know how to fully use their resources to maximize the benefits under their personal preferences. This paper proposes a multi-objective segmented quotation and volume distribution approach for prosumers to make trading decisions. It can integrate risk and return and achieve the full deployment of available resources. In addition, an automatic strategy updating rule is also designed for prosumers who are unfamiliar with the market environment. It is conducive to helping producers further understand the market, adjust their strategies, and thus increase their earnings. Finally, examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Neglecting actual load characteristic constraints, an evaluation model based on electricity price and incentive policies has been proposed. Consequently, there is a large deviation between the theoretical evaluation results and the actual DR potential. Moreover, when DR is applied to utilities, the DR behavior randomness is ignored, result in a scheme without the best reliability. In this paper, the Multinomial Logistic Model is utilized to represent the power consumption probability in a certain period, which taking the DR behavior randomness into account. Based on electricity demand-price elasticity, a unified electricity demand response model is proposed. Then, according to the power consumption statistical data in different sectors, the statistical models of industrial, commercial and residential loads are established respectively. Finally, the sector load elasticity assessment model and the multi-user load elasticity assessment model are derived from the unified model and the statistical model above. Considering the length of the parallel period of the two policies and the relative market share of the two policies, a wind power investment decision model under the uncertainty of green certificate price is established based on the real option principle, and the optimal investment opportunity of wind power generators is solved by using the dynamic programming method. The parameters are calibrated according to the actual situation of wind power development in China, the key factors influencing investment decisions in the policy and their action mechanisms are analyzed, and the model results are empirically discussed in combination with the average price of wind power green certificates in the trial stage of green certificate trading. The results show that the longer parallel period of fixed feed in tariff and quota system and the higher proportion of fixed feed in tariff policy are conducive to reducing the investment threshold, while the increase of green certificate price growth rate and volatility will delay investors' investment decisions. At present, the transformer onload voltage regulation technology is a mechanical OLTC. However, as the scale of the power system becomes larger and the structure becomes more complex, the mechanical OLTC has two difficult problems to solve. One is that the mechanical contacts generate arcs during the switching process, and the other is that the mechanical transmission structure is complex, the failure rate is high, and the maintenance is large. Aiming at the shortcomings of mechanical OLTC, this paper proposes a hybrid OLTC topology, which uses power electronic devices to replace the vacuum interrupter, has the advantages of no arcing in the switching process, simple switching core structure, real-time monitoring of operation status and so on. Based on the technical parameters of the ±800kV OLTC, the working principle and switching sequence of the OLTC are analyzed, the ±800kV hybrid OLTC prototype is developed, and the test verification are carried out.
