The population in this study was 33 employees of the Sungai Penuh City Library and Archives Office.  The sample used was 33 people using the full sampling technique or saturated sample.  The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression and Coefficient of Determination. The results showed that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.  (2) Motivasi has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Research Results show that there is an influence of Revolution Industry 4.0 towards changing the role of the millennial accountant. The sampling method used for this study was total sampling with a sample of 30 people. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). Knowledge plays an important role in innovation and performance in organizations in previous studies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of motivation in information sharing. This research is motivated by intrinsic factors (the joy of helping others). The Self Determination Theoty and Theory of Reason Action describe the mechanism. In order to describe the method by which motivation influences information sharing, knowledge sharing intents are utilized. Shopee is one of the most well-liked e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, boasting 93 million active users. This study used the modified UTAUT 2 model to conduct a descriptive analysis to identify the application user assessment. Subsequently, the SEM PLS analysis was conducted to identify variables influencing the continuation intention of application usage and the impact of the continuation intention on the user behavior of Shopee application users. The study also sought to ascertain the impact of age and gender on the other variables in the study model. As a result, the business can identify user preferences and factors that affect how often users use the Shopee program, enabling it to maintain its appeal in the face of strong competition. The study findings revealed that social influence, perceived security, and risk received lower ratings than other categories. However, employee performance has decreased by 7% in 2021 when compared to 2019, this will certainly affect the company's performance in facing future business competition. There are several factors that influence employee performance, one of which is compensation and work discipline. From the results of research conducted using the SEM AMOS method, it can be concluded that compensation has an effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.001 while work discipline has no effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.698. Method, for this purpose, secondary data was collected in the form of annual data from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) Office of Maluku Province. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The analysis model used adopts the Cobb Douglas function, namely Q = f (A Kα Lβ) with the assumption that Q is economic growth, K is capital and L is labor and A is technological progress. In the case of this study, it is assumed that economic growth is a function of capital, namely foreign investment (FDI) so that by modifying the Cobb-Douglas production function. The results showed that foreign investment (FDI) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth and employment. The effect of foreign investment (FDI) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Maluku Province. Policies that make it difficult for investors need to be reduced. Investment also has an influence on employment. To obtain valid data to support this research question, we collect several publications which are scientific evidence in the field and analyze them using a phenomenological approach which includes, among others, in-depth data coding systems, in-depth evaluation, and data synthesis and interpretation to obtain valid findings to answer the research problem. We electronically scoured many literary data sources for our data. Next, we made a descriptive qualitative report, in which we looked at various points of view with findings including that the key to tourism success, as in several provinces in Indonesia, lies in the skills and excellence of government and private human resources in managing tourism to make their province the best tourist destination. Those are some reviews from various studies that are scientific evidence to answer this study question. In banking companies, high-quality service to meet customer needs is a demand in surviving in a competitive business environment. It can be analyzed using the dimensions of the e-servqual. This study aims to analyze service and satisfaction and its impact on Brimo user loyalty by using modified e-servqual dimensions: efficiency, reliability, responsiveness, user-friendliness, personal need, assurance, security, and site organization. Research data collection using questionnaires with purposive sampling techniques obtained 406 respondents who matched the criteria. Data processing is carried out using the structural equation model-partial least squares. The research results, namely reliability, user-friendliness, assurance, security, and site organization have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Other variables, namely efficiency, responsiveness, and personal need, do not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
