However, employee performance has decreased by 7% in 2021 when compared to 2019, this will certainly affect the company's performance in facing future business competition. There are several factors that influence employee performance, one of which is compensation and work discipline. From the results of research conducted using the SEM AMOS method, it can be concluded that compensation has an effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.001 while work discipline has no effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.698. 摘要
PT Solusi Energy Nusantara (SENA)是PT PGAS solutions的子公司，该公司从事天然气的传输和分配，该公司已受到印度尼西亚几家大公司的信任。然而，与2019年相比，员工绩效在2021年下降了7%，这必然会影响公司在面对未来商业竞争时的绩效。影响员工绩效的因素有很多，其中之一就是薪酬和工作纪律。从SEM AMOS方法的研究结果来看，薪酬对员工绩效有影响，p值为0.001，而工作纪律对员工绩效没有影响，p值为0.698。而当薪酬作为调节变量时，会强化工作纪律与员工绩效之间的关系，使工作纪律影响员工绩效，p值为0.002。
