The research objective is to determine the development of ecotourism in Sawarna tourism village based on community empowerment. The research approach uses a qualitative approach. There were two participants whose information was investigated by researchers, namely the Chairperson of the Nusantara Tourism Village, Banten Province as Secretary of the Sawarna Tourism Village and the head of the Pokdarwis of the Sawarna Tourism Village. The MOA model is based on theoretical perspectives from a variety of fields, including advertising, consumer behavior, tourism, public participation, and, most recently, event studies. The MOA model's key strength is that it can be applied to destinations with the goal of enabling or facilitating community participation. The MOA model, an already established theoretical framework in the field of tourism, and a desire to understand and document the factors that influence inclusive engagement within local communities inspired this paper. A tourism village built with the concept of community-based tourism is a step for the community to develop their potential to be able to manage their own tourism and make their village an independent village.","PeriodicalId":413371,"journal":{"name":"Enrichment : Journal of Management","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125043387","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Because of this, the company has a rule that says you can't work from home. Implementing the work-from-home (WFH) policy significantly affects how employees do their jobs. WFH makes employees less interested in their careers, which is terrible. This could be because employees find it hard to communicate and work with digital devices, so they need to learn how to use them. The goals of this study were to (1) determine how employee engagement affects employee outcomes when they WFH and (2) determine how digital learning orientation affects employee engagement and employee outcomes when they WFH. All of the people in this study are employees who work in the Greater Jakarta area of Indonesia and have a WFH policy or are in the process of making one. Samples were taken using a \" convenience sampling method,\" which is not based on chance. The PLS approach SEM method was used to look at the data. The study results show that digital learning orientation does not moderate the effect of employee engagement on employee outcomes WFH.","PeriodicalId":413371,"journal":{"name":"Enrichment : Journal of Management","volume":"90 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116382827","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Basalamah","doi":"10.35335/enrichment.v13i1.1285","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35335/enrichment.v13i1.1285","url":null,"abstract":"The research described is a quantitative study conducted at companies engaged in financing at the XYZ Finance branch office in Makassar City. The study aimed to investigate how education and work experience support the work ethic of employees in the financial sector, where work demands, workload, and stress are high. Education and work experience were used as independent variables, while work ethic was the dependent variable. A total of 61 respondents were selected through a simple random sampling technique, and data was collected using a questionnaire technique. The results of the study showed that work experience had a positive and partially significant effect on work ethic, while education had a partial and insignificant effect on work ethic. This finding is consistent with the idea that more experience in a particular field can lead to a better work ethic. However, it is important to note that the significance of education than work experience can vary depending on the specific field and industry. To ensure the validity and reliability of the study's results, the researchers conducted validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests in the form of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Additionally, this research used multiple regression tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination to analyze the data. Overall, this research highlights the importance of work experience in developing a strong work ethic, particularly in high-stress industries such as the financial sector. However, it is also important to continue to prioritize education and training to ensure that employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their career.","PeriodicalId":413371,"journal":{"name":"Enrichment : Journal of Management","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126823489","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study used samples drawn from the entire workforce and was carried out at the Office of Social Affairs in South Nias Regency. A survey that was given to all employees served as the research tool, and version 4 of the SmartPLS data analysis program was used to analyze the results. The purpose of this study was to investigate the hypothesis that employee performance is influenced by internal supervision and leadership. According to the results of the external model testing, each variable was valid because its factor loading was greater than 0.70. All variables passed the reliability tests using Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability, with Cronbach's alpha values ranging from 0 to 767 and 0 to 891 and 0 to 842, respectively. A high level of measurement quality was indicated by the average variance extracted (AVE), which was greater than 0.50. Testing for discriminant validity also met the requirements, demonstrating that the measurements could differentiate between various constructs. Overall, the study discovered that internal supervision and leadership have a positive and significant impact on worker performance. These results are in agreement with the study's tested hypothesis. It is significant to note that the study has some limitations, including the use of a saturated sample and a focus on just two variables that affect employee performance. However, by enhancing leadership and internal supervision practices, this study adds to the body of knowledge on organizational behavior and offers managers insights into how to improve employee performance.","PeriodicalId":413371,"journal":{"name":"Enrichment : Journal of Management","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130314562","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to find a relationship between Promotional Expenses incurred and the amount of Funds received from customers called Third Party Funds (DPK). In this case, as an example, we use data from Bank BRI Syariah Indonesia for the 2016 – 2020 period. statistical analysis of correlation, determination, and regression assisted by the IBM SPSS version 22 program. The results of data processing show an R2 value of 0.038% indicating that Promotional Costs have an effect on Third Party Funds of 0.0038%, the remaining 0.0038% is influenced by other factors that are not present in this study. Meanwhile, the regression equation that is formed is Ŷ = 26,705,681.242 + 203,726X indicating that if promotion costs increase, third party funds will also increase. The F test results obtained a Sig value of 0.133 greater than 0.05 (Sig. > 0.05). Judging from the results of processing the data based on the results of the regression equation, Promotional Costs have a positive effect on Third Party Funds. However, if we look at the results of the R2 value, the effect is only 0.038%, the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. Meanwhile, if you look at the results of the F test with the Sig. 0.133 is greater than 0.05 (Sig. > 0.05) so the Promotional Costs have no significant effect on Third Party Funds. So it can be concluded that the purpose of Promotional Fees is not to invite customers to save their funds at Bank BRI Syariah Indonesia. This can raise questions for Bank BRISyariah for what purpose the Promotion is carried out.","PeriodicalId":413371,"journal":{"name":"Enrichment : Journal of Management","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122184486","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
