The population in this study was 33 employees of the Sungai Penuh City Library and Archives Office.  The sample used was 33 people using the full sampling technique or saturated sample.  The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression and Coefficient of Determination. The results showed that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.  (2) Motivasi has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 摘要本研究旨在探讨图书馆办公室与双溪佩努市档案馆档案管理绩效之能力、动机与教育程度之影响。本研究采用的研究策略为联想研究策略。本次研究的对象是双溪Penuh市图书馆档案室的33名职员。使用的样本是33人,使用完全抽样技术或饱和样本。数据分析方法为多元线性回归和决定系数法。结果表明:(1)胜任力对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。(2)动机对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。(3)学历水平对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。(4)胜任力、工作动机和受教育程度共同对图书馆服务处和双溪Penuh市档案馆员工的绩效有显著的正向影响。
