Bislang wurde jedoch nur in Ansätzen untersucht, was und wie Lernende Erfahrungen in Interaktionen mit anderen Lernenden oder den Lehrenden teilen. Erzählen und Erinnern in Dorit Linkes Jenseits der blauen Grenze (2014)","authors":"Corina Löwe","doi":"10.58221/mosp.v115i2.6856","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.58221/mosp.v115i2.6856","url":null,"abstract":"Die Bedeutung des Meeres als einer ambivalenten Projektionsfläche für Glück und Bedrohung, für Freiheit und Untergang ist durch die Flüchtlinge, die über das Mittelmeer nach Europa fliehen, erneut ins Bewusstsein gerufen worden. Auch in dem Jugendroman Jenseits der blauen Grenze (2014) von Dorit Linke rückt die Ostsee als Fluchtraum in den Mittelpunkt. Mit dem zeitlichen Abstand von 24 Jahren zur Wende von 1989 schildert Linke, wie Erfahrungen von Begrenzungen und Ausgrenzungen im sozialistischen Alltag die jugendlichen Protagonist/innen im Sommer 1989 zur Flucht über die Ostsee treiben. Im Artikel wird herausgearbeitet, wie die Grenzerfahrungen der Figuren in Jenseits der blauen Grenze thematisch, bildlich und narrativ in Beziehung zum Meer gesetzt werden. Ein Augenmerk bei der Untersuchung des Textes liegt auf dem Zusammenspiel von Erzählen und dem Inszenieren von Erinnerungen. Wichtig für die Analyse ist zudem die verwendete Wassermetaphorik, denn ähnlich wie der natürliche Verlauf der Meere keine trennscharfen Grenzen zulässt, berichtet der Text über fluide Grenzverläufe und vermeidet einfache Täter-Opfer-Zuschreibungen. Sie markieren ihr Territorium, kürzen ab, entdecken unbekannte Orte und lassen andere unbeachtet. Sie lesen aber auch Spuren, machen Pläne und entspinnen dabei scheinbar ganz nebenbei eigene, sinngebende Narrative für ihre Abenteuer und für ihre Umgebung. An den Beispielen Walter Benjamin, Erich Kästner und Georg Klein zeigt dieser Artikel, wie im Spannungsfeld von Bewegung und Erzählen in literarischen Texten Räume entstehen. Streunen und Erzählen erweisen sich dabei als kindliche Techniken, um die Welt der Erwachsenen für sich neu zu ordnen, zu gestalten und ihr einen eigenen Sinn zuzuschreiben. {"title":"Complexidade linguística e correção no desempenho oral de uma tarefa argumentativa","authors":"Sara Santos","doi":"10.58221/mosp.v115i1.6892","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.58221/mosp.v115i1.6892","url":null,"abstract":"Na sequência de um estudo anterior relativo aos efeitos da manipulação da complexidadecognitiva na produção oral de uma tarefa monológica de transmissão de informação (Santos2018a), este trabalho teve como objetivo investigar o impacto do aumento das exigênciascognitivas no desempenho oral de uma tarefa argumentativa. A variável independente foi ofator “±poucos elementos” da Hipótese da Cognição (HC) de Robinson (2001, 2003, 2005,2010, 2011, 2015) e as variáveis dependentes foram medidas gerais e específicas de correçãoe medidas de complexidade linguística (complexidade sintática e diversidade lexical).Participaram no estudo trinta e três aprendentes chineses de português como línguaestrangeira. Os resultados demonstraram que a manipulação da complexidade cognitiva datarefa foi significativa ao nível da diversidade lexical. A Hipótese da Cognição foiconfirmada, apenas, no que respeita a esta dimensão da produção oral. A análise correlacionalentre as medidas de complexidade linguística e de correção não confirmou efeitos decompetição entre as duas dimensões, rejeitando-se, por isso, as premissas da abordagem daCapacidade Limitada de Atenção (CLA) de Skehan (1998, 2009, 2014, 2015, 2018). Osdados desta investigação são discutidos, tendo em conta os resultados obtidos no estudorealizado anteriormente com outro tipo de tarefa, ou seja, uma tarefa de transmissão deinformação (Santos 2018a). \u0000Following a previous study on the effects of manipulating cognitive complexity on the oralproduction of a monologic information-giving task (Santos 2018a), this research work aimsto investigate the impact of increasing the cognitive demands of an argumentative task. Theindependent variable chosen was the “± few elements” of the Cognition Hypothesis proposedby Robinson (2001, 2003, 2005, 2010, 2011, 2015) and the dependent variables were generaland specific measures of accuracy and measures of linguistic complexity (syntacticcomplexity and lexical diversity). Thirty-three Chinese learners of Portuguese as a foreignlanguage participated in the study. The findings showed that increasing task complexity ledto a more lexically diverse speech. The Cognition Hypothesis was confirmed only in respectto lexical diversity. A correlational analysis between accuracy and complexity measures didnot confirm trade-off effects, as predicted by the Limited Attentional Capacity approach(Skehan 1998, 2009, 2014, 2015, 2018). {"title":"Kulturkritik und Reflexionen zum deutschen Kolonialismus in Christian Krachts Roman Imperium","authors":"Saniye Uysal Ünalan","doi":"10.58221/mosp.v115i1.6895","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.58221/mosp.v115i1.6895","url":null,"abstract":"In spite of its ironic posture, Christian Kracht’s novel Imperium (2012) contains a serious criticism of civilization, which is illustrated along the protagonist August Engelhardt. Through the fictionalization of this historical character, the novel critically reflects German colonialism, but also the “German madness” (Setz 2015: 155). This way, Imperium highlights the dialectical dimensions of culture as well as of colonialism and thus calls for a postcolonial reading. The aim of this study is to work out that Kracht’s novel Imperium by means of the fictionalization of the historical figure August Engelhardt offers a postcolonial perspective on the colonial as well as totalitarian ambitions of the Wilhelminian Era. This perspective is intensified through a critical view in sense of the cultural criticism that was developed by Horkheimer and Adorno in the Dialectic of Enlightenment (2006). Doing so, the novel presents the inhuman dimensions of unilateral concepts in a remarkable way. After mapping out the theoretical foundation of the study in the context of Postcolonial German Studies and outlining of the interrelations of cultural criticism and postcolonial approaches, I will investigate the critical dimension of the novel with regard to the progress optimism as well to the German colonial expansion politics at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. Thereby, I will concentrate on the ambivalent protagonist August Engelhardt and his strange philosophical ideas, which celebrate the coconut as a sacred fruit. Le débat politique étant l’événement discursif le plus emblématique des démocraties modernes, nous visons ici à comparer deux cultures politiques, celle de la France avec celle de la Suède, à travers une analyse des confrontations à la veille des élections nationales des deux pays : Marine Le Pen et Emmanuel Macron en 2017 et Ulf Kristersson et Stefan Löfven en 2018. \u0000En raison des différences entre les systèmes politiques, les mentalités et les traditions socio-culturelles des deux pays, les modes discursifs des débats diffèrent de manière sensible ; on peut cependant affirmer que, dans chacun des débats, divers actes de langage sont mis en œuvre pour disqualifier l’adversaire, en particulier l’acte d’accusation. L’étude vise à décrire à quel degré et de quelle manière les candidats s’accusent l’un l’autre. Certaines accusations portent sur la mauvaise conduite conversationnelle de l’adversaire, tandis que d’autres constituent de véritables « mises à mort symbolique » de sa personne (Kerbrat-Orecchioni 2017). Rico-Martín","doi":"10.58221/mosp.v115i1.6904","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.58221/mosp.v115i1.6904","url":null,"abstract":"El empleo de materiales audiovisuales para la enseñanza de lenguas genera una motivación y unos resultados de aprendizaje en el alumnado dignos de estudio, sobre todo cuando se trata de enseñar la Movida madrileña de los años 80 a través de sus producciones musicales y fílmicas. Con el objetivo de comprobar la efectividad de estos materiales para la adquisición de contenidos lingüísticos y culturales del fenómeno, se analizan los resultados de una implementación didáctica para el aula de español de un centro de educación superior estadounidense. Se trata de un estudio cuasi-experimental con 67 alumnos como grupo experimental y otros 80 como grupo de control. Se empleó un cuestionario elaborado ad hoc como pretest y postest para evaluar los conocimientos socioculturales, lingüísticos y comunicativos adquiridos tras la intervención didáctica en la que se trabajaron materiales auténticos en el grupo experimental. El empleo de estadísticos descriptivos e inferenciales reveló como resultados principales una diferencia muy importante en las dos dimensiones del cuestionario (lingüística y cultural) entre ambos grupos a favor del experimental, que triplicó su propia puntuación global. {"title":"Orientaciones para la nivelación de secuencias formulaicas en ELE según el criterio de frecuencia","authors":"F. Se trata de ofrecer datos objetivos para su nivelación desde los niveles A1 a C2. Hemos seleccionado 3260 SF del Plan Curricular del Instituto Cervantes (PCIC) y hemos analizado su frecuencia en Google, como motor de búsqueda general, y en tres corpus lingüísticos especializados en el español: dos de la RAE (CREA y CORPES XXI) y el corpus de Mark Davies (Corpus del Español). Nuestro objetivo es establecer un índice de frecuencia para su nivelación, comprobando igualmente si existe un grado de coincidencia entre la frecuencia y el nivel establecido en el PCIC.
