Also, the effect of union commitment of union members among workers on the welfare attitude was analyzed. \u0000A self-written survey was conducted on 165 union members and 185 non-union members at social welfare institutions located in the metropolitan area. Technical statistics were analyzed, and differences in welfare attitudes between each group were investigated. A hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effect of union membership and union commitment of workers in social welfare institutions on welfare attitudes. As a result of the analysis, it was found that workers' participation in the union and union commitment had a significant effect on welfare attitudes. \u0000This study is significant in that it added empirical study to the welfare attitude study of social workers, which has been lacking in quantity. It is also meaningful to study the relationship between union membership and welfare attitudes, union commitment and welfare attitudes, which has not been attempted in Korea.

The Nagoya Protocol has defects because it was on the basis of i) distorted anthropocentrism; ii) ambiguous approaches to the ecological imbalance; and iii) no universal standard for the implementation of ecological justice. In addition, the empirical analysis of this study supports that the profit-sharing for bio-genetic resources can even make the profit polarization worse. Also this study suggests the solution for 'fair and equitable sharing of profits' and ecological justice is ‘ecological conversion’, stressed by Pope Francis as follows: i) ecological rationality, ii) ethnic consumption, and iii) ecological community and regionalization.

To this end, an empirical analysis was performed on the employment insecurity of tutoring center instructors based on the dual labor market theory by conducting a survey. In order to achieve the research objectives, a survey was performed with 215 tutoring center instructors with more than one year of teaching experience. \u0000The results of analyzing are as follows: first, there was no statistically significant difference in the research subjects' employment insecurity according to their personal factors, while a significant difference was found depending on their professional experience and lecture subjects. Second, the job factors of the tutoring center instructors were found to affect their employment insecurity: employment insecurity was higher in instructors with a lower wage, those working at a smaller institution, and those without employment insurance. In other words, tutoring center instructors who work at a small institute for a low wage without social benefits such as employment insurance show higher employment insecurity. This indicates that the dual structure of the job market is also applied to the occupational group of tutoring center instructors. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to tutoring center instructors working at smaller institutions for a lower wage and to provide expanded employment insurance programs for tutoring centers.

For this purpose, an online survey was conducted for adults over the age of 19, and a total of 524 copies of data were collected. For data analysis, IBM SPSS 22.0 program and AMOS 21.0 program were used. In this study, confirmatory factor analysis was performed on 24 items of 5 sub-factors derived from the PCQ scale. To evaluate the validity of the model, convergent validity and discriminant validity were tested. To verify the convergent validity, a correlation analysis with spiritual and religious attitude toward disease was performed. In order to verify discriminant validity, a correlation analysis with corona stress was performed. Finally, the significance and limitations of the research were described, and suggestions for follow-up studies were made.

Climate change can be considered as a kind of injustice because future generations will have to suffer unilateral damage from climate change. The most problematic thing of establishing the theory of justice between generations of climate change is the nonidentity problem. Therefore, justice between generations for climate change must first be able to solve the nonidentity problem. This study examines several ethical theories that can be a solution to the nonidentity problem, and examines if they can act as an justice between generations of climate change. As a result, I concluded that the theory of justice based on John Rolls' just savings principle is the most valid.

In providing a more pluralistic and integrated theory of human evolution, Gene-culture co-evolutionary Theory adopts the “dual inheritance hypothesis”, which encompasses both biological and cultural evolution as a hardcore. Boyd and Richardson’s research program adheres to the negative heuristics that maintain hard cores and the positive heuristics that reinforce the theory by modifying and supplementing its protective belt. This study analyzes the structure of the theories’ explanations for human uniqueness from the perspective of novel predictions of Lakatos’ research program. To this end, the novel predictions of the research program are structured into the human cognitive structure, communication, culture, and the development of moral norms. The combination of these elements, which constitute human nature, presents a concrete scenario of the evolution of human beings. \u0000

This study used an online survey conducted in 2021 and structural equation modeling was used for data analyses. The key results are as follows: first, family support reduced alcohol drinking levels, while friend support increased alcohol drinking levels. Second, both family and friends support decreased depressive symptoms but depressive symptoms had negative impacts on alcohol drinking and smartphone overdependence. Third, depressive symptoms demonstrated the partial mediation effects on the association between social support and alcohol drinking and the full mediation effects on the association between social support and smartphone overdependence.
