Nursing care workers are generally suffering from serious emotional labor, which is an important cause of turnover intention. In this context, the relationship with turnover intention was analyzed by setting 'surface behavior', which shows negative effects during emotional labor, as an independent variable. In addition, social support was set as a moderating variable to alleviate this negative mechanism of emotional labor. Until now, many studies have looked at social support as a personality that comes from a boss or family, and in this study, it was differentiated from existing studies and analyzed as emotional/informational/material/evaluation support. As a result of the analysis, surface behavior was a mechanism to increase turnover intention, and social support lowered turnover intention. As a result of the moderating effect test, it was found that information support and evaluation were shown in the relationship between surface behavior and turnover intention, but this statistically significant inhibitory effect was shown. Therefore, in light of the results of this study, policy and practical implications were presented.","PeriodicalId":409727,"journal":{"name":"Research Institute for Life and Culture Sogang University","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132857543","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To this end, survey data for the 7th year of the aging panel were used, and only a total of 6,940 people nationwide were used as raw data for the aging welfare panel. This study analyzed general characteristics, conducted correlation analysis between major variables, and used Model 4 of SPSS 25.0 and Hayers' SPSS PROCESS Macro to analyze the mediating effect of the elderly's subjective health status, cognitive function, and depression. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the subjective health status of the elderly negatively affected depression. Second, in the effect of the elderly's subjective health status on cognitive function, the higher the subjective health status, and third, the elderly's subjective health status and depression. It was found that the higher the subjective health status and the lower the depression, the better the cognitive function. Based on the results of this study, practical implications were presented to maintain and improve physical function and to have satisfaction with daily life through active intervention to promote the health of the elderly.","PeriodicalId":409727,"journal":{"name":"Research Institute for Life and Culture Sogang University","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125648012","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The author tried to explore the establishment of a health and welfare support system using technology. To this objective, the Danish government's five-year 'Growth Strategy for Digital Welfare' was examined in depth along with cases of public and private sector data integration platform construction in Finland. Finland has established the Kantar service since 2007, a centralized and integrated digital data system merging the social welfare data, electronic medical records (EMR), with genome data of its people all together. Then, in 2019, the revision of the Second Data Utilization Act to revitalize data utilization opened the way for private companies to use the integrated data for multiple purposes. In the case of Denmark, through a systematic e-government strategy for more than 10 years the foundation for digital public essential services has been laid. The main goals are the dissemination of telemedicine, effective cooperation in health care, and the application of welfare technologies and digital processes in the fields of nursing and care. In this study, after examining the cases of Finland and Denmark where the private and public sectors collaborate in terms of digitization in the social welfare and health care sectors, the author finally suggests key tasks we need to improve to create public interest through digitization.","PeriodicalId":409727,"journal":{"name":"Research Institute for Life and Culture Sogang University","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126049487","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The investigator conducted an interview with 18 field experts to produce an online content video on the topic of personality education. In the present study, the investigator met with interviewees in the field, had talks with them, and videotaped their interviews from January to April 2022. The analysis results of their interviews show that instructors had an opportunity to grow out of theoretical philosophy and convert it into life philosophy through interview experiences. Based on its findings, the study argues that the process of instructors preparing for their lectures can take into account the diverse aspects of life instead of being restricted only to the academic and theoretical ones and that the unique form of an interview can help instructors try new teaching methods based on talks beyond the old instructor-centered lectures. Furthermore, instructors and field experts expanded their relationship to philia mentioned by Aristotle based on their common topic of personality education through their talks on the processes of casting, interview script revision, and field work.","PeriodicalId":409727,"journal":{"name":"Research Institute for Life and Culture Sogang University","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129023192","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is this. In order to achieve this purpose, correlation analysis was conducted on 702 people who have a family of two or more in the online survey data. A hierarchical regression analysis was performed to examine whether risk drinking had an effect on depression and whether social support had an interactive effect in this relationship. The main results are: First, risk drinking precedes depression and becomes an inducer of depression, which supports the toxicity hypothesis. Second, the higher the educational background and income, the lower the depression. Third, in the influence of risk drinking on depression, in the group with high social support, family support, and friend support, even if risk drinking increased, the degree of depression was moderately increased. Fourth, in the analysis of the three support models and the moderating effect according to gender in the effect of risk drinking on depression, it was found that only in the case of women, the buffer effect was found to be statistically significant in friend support. Based on the results, social welfare interventions were discussed for risk drinking, depression, and social support in middle-aged married men and women.","PeriodicalId":409727,"journal":{"name":"Research Institute for Life and Culture Sogang University","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126043656","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

He attempts to understand God based on religious experience because he saw that rational God was only an abstract and ideological human composition. His mystical experience means not a conceptual understanding through the language provided by intelligence, but a direct method of intuition, regardless of all interpretation and theoretical frameworks, médiate. The way to approach God in an intuitive way is human emotional sensibility. The result of human experience experiencing God is an emotional dimension, and human emotions are experiencing God's love. This means meeting God on the emotional level of love. Bergson suggests an intuitive way, not human reason, as a way for humans to approach God. This is because understanding of God through human reason understands God as a conceptual and abstract system and eventually overlooks God's personality. Through reason, the moment you understand God, you can be reduced to an idealistic position that understands God, a personal being, as an abstract principle or system. Bergson's intuition does not mean animal instincts, only claims recovery, the essence of intelligence, because intellectual thinking distorts the essence of life. Bergson does not use the tools of reason as a way to understand God. He attempts to understand God based on religious experience because he saw that rational God was only an abstract and ideological human composition. For this purpose, 12 middle and high school students who had been online gambling for at least one year were selected as the study participants. To obtain oral data of the selected research participants, the researcher conducted a 1:1 in-depth interview, and the collected data were analyzed according to the procedure of the phenomenological research method suggested by Giorgi (1970; 1985). As a result of the analysis, a total of 5 themes and 12 common semantic units could be extracted. The study participants were found to have experienced 'discriminatory title', 'prejudice', 'reproach from peers', 'severance of relationship', and 'discriminatory treatment by teachers and friends'. Based on these research results, the researcher discussed the policy and practical implications of minimizing the stigma experience of adolescents addicted to the Internet.","PeriodicalId":409727,"journal":{"name":"Research Institute for Life and Culture Sogang University","volume":"189 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133805193","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this purpose, an online survey was conducted from December 10, 2021 to January 30, 2022, targeting 116 students attending universities in Incheon, Chungnam, Chungbuk, and Gyeongbuk. With the SPSS 23.0 program, the degree of respect for life, bioethics, support for abortion-related policy, and awareness of abortion were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA according to demographic characteristics and post-test by Sdheffe. The correlation between demographic characteristics, respect for life, bioethics, support for abortion-related policy and awareness of abortion was analyzed by Pierce correlation analysis, and factors affecting the perception of abortion were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Abortion awareness according to demographic characteristics showed significant differences according to major, grade, religion, sexual knowledge acquisition path, sexual attitude, and sexual experience. Awareness of respect for life, consciousness of bioethics, major, religion, and sexual attitude showed a quantitative correlation with abortion awareness, and abortion-related policy support, grade and sexual experience showed negative correlation with abortion awareness. It was found that the factor influencing the awareness of abortion was the awareness of bioethics, and it was found to account for 49.1% of the variance in the perception of abortion. Based on the research results, various education and methods should be explored to strengthen the awareness of bioethics in order to prevent abortion among university students.","PeriodicalId":409727,"journal":{"name":"Research Institute for Life and Culture Sogang University","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131485956","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Seoul-type Citizen Empathy Emergency Room project is meaningful in that it legally, institutionally, and practically prepared the discovery of the medically vulnerable and the establishment of a support system. Topics derived from specific research results include establishing a health and medical welfare cooperative system to expand the social safety net, discovering socially vulnerable groups and diversifying support routes, and strengthening medical publicity for stabilization and expansion of the Citizen Empathy Emergency Room project. The policy recommendations presented based on the research results require the expansion of the Citizen Empathy Emergency Room project, which is operated on a pilot basis in only five hospitals in Seoul, and it is necessary to provide sufficient human resources and build infrastructure. In addition, cooperation, linkage, and policy efforts are needed to establish an integrated social safety net for continuous health and medical welfare and to secure the public nature of medical care.","PeriodicalId":409727,"journal":{"name":"Research Institute for Life and Culture Sogang University","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125101267","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
