The sample of this study involved 530 Arabic language teachers based on a population of 7,309. A quantitative approach and random sampling were preferred for data collection purposes. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Vol. 21. While a regression test was conducted to identify the contribution of the Tpack model to Arabic instructors’ creativity. The outcomes of this study indicated that four main factors contribute to the creativity of teaching Arabic teachers in Malaysia. To further enhance creativity in teaching Arabic, it can be concluded from this study that Arabic language teachers in Malaysia need to concentrate on the four elements listed above. Besides the educational orientation of the Jagiellonian tradition have been revealed. This tradition inextricably linked with the national-confessional polysyllabity within the teacher's and student's community. Tal constatação exige atenção no que concerne aos poderes instrutórios do juiz e o direito ao Devido Processo Legal como sistema constitucional de garantias à serviço do jurisdicionado. A importância da imparcialidade do julgador no modelo processual em vigor abarca a temática do direito fundamental à prova como garantia das partes no processo, atraindo a reflexão sobre os limites dos poderes instrutórios do juiz e o legítimo direito a um julgamento neutro e equidistante. Desse modo, a pesquisa objetiva realizar análise crítica da atuação do órgão jurisdicional quanto à iniciativa probatória, no sentido de argumentar que a atividade judicial tem o poder-dever de preservar não apenas o direito de acesso ao julgamento justo, mas o respeito ao sistema de garantias processuais que são inafastáveis à real obtenção da solução do conflito de forma imparcial. A metodologia adotada consiste na revisão bibliográfica e análise da legislação sobre o tema no Brasil. Realizamos la indagación con la hermenéutica comprensiva, ecosófica y diatópica como transmétodo; en los momentos analíticos, empíricos y propositivos. Siendo el ser humano: naturaleza-cuerpo-mente-alma-espíritu-Dios, la educación colonial es reduccionista y neutra en la vida del ser humano, su significancia; en vez de evolucionar en una prosperidad sustantiva que educar respecto a la concepción del ser humano ha involucionado. En los momentos propositivos concluimos con la hermeneusis de la autora: Transformar las relaciones de autoritarismo y mediante la decolonialidad planetaria, desmitificar el poder de los conocimientos eurocéntricas y se pone a dialogar con todos en igual grado de importancia, con los saberes – conocimientos execrados. Queremos hacer énfasis del dialogo de saberes urgentes a converger en más complejidad, en ascender cada vez más a un conocimiento inacabado aunque más completo. En la que las raíces autóctonas, ancestrales se complejizan con las ciencias decolonizadas, transdisciplinarizadas para pensarse en un ejercicio de poder hacer, vivir, soñar, ser feliz, solidarizarse; en tanto el conocer transita hacia los estudiantes despojados del autoritarismo que se ha venido imponiendo. The article analyzes and clarifies the basic content of transforming political theory education methods under the impact of ChatGPT in Vietnam today. The results show that political theory education plays an important role in ideological orientation and personality formation for future generations in the context of innovation and development. With the development of technology, ChatGPT can be considered as an educational virtual assistant by helping learners quickly look up lessons and learning materials related to the topic of learning political theory subjects. In addition, the article has also pointed out and analyzed issues that need specific concern about changing teaching methods of political theory subjects before the impact of ChatGPT, related to: on the part of lecturers; change the way it is tested and evaluated; towards students. The article is devoted to the analysis of life strategies and scenarios of female students living in Russia and European countries. For this purpose, a series of in-depth interviews with girls was conducted, as well as a visual analysis of the accounts of young women on the social network Instagram. Today, the process of westernization is observable – the adoption of Western European structures, practices, and lifestyles by non-European societies and countries has become a significant cultural phenomenon. Thus, based on the data obtained, it is possible to define a life strategy as a system of ideas and guidelines of the individual, aimed at the conscious design of the future. It determines and directs the behavior of individuals, reflecting the idea of the future and life path. As a result, the idea of health promoting universities was developed to address this issue. Despite its enormous impact on university students' health, the notion of health promoting institutions has not yet been properly explored internationally. The main purpose of the present study is to identify the level and factors associated with health promoting life style behaviors among Saudi Universities Students. a cross-sectional study was used to assess health promoting behaviors among nursing students in Saudi Arabia. Convenient sampling method was done on 727 participants. Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile (HPLP) scale adopted from Walker et al. (1987) based on the Pender’s health-promoting model was used in the current study. Different statistical procedures were done to achieve the study objectives. The total mean score of health promoting behavior among study participants is 121.52±19.35. The highest mean score of health promoting behavior domain was observed in Spiritual growth (2.65± 0.50), while the lowest mean score was observed in Physical activity (1.90± 0.59). Results showed that there is no significant difference in the mean score of participants’ health promoting behavior with regards to their gender, age, income, marital status, level of study, smoking status (p>0.05). Health insurance showed significant association with health promoting behavior (p<0.05). This research demonstrates how having health insurance may effectively affect the health-promoting behaviors of nursing students.
