Specifically, the study examines the development and improvement of online learning formats during this period, highlighting both the advantages and disadvantages, as well as identifying the bottlenecks and challenges that emerged. The paper presents the results of a survey conducted among Bachelor's and Master's degree students at the Faculty of Distance Learning at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, categorized according to their areas of study, to determine the efficacy of remote learning processes and methods. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted to provide a more detailed analysis of the benefits and drawbacks of online learning, as well as potential solutions to improve remote learning processes. A study of cases of violations of the principles of academic integrity in institutions of higher education was conducted. The analyzed European experience in the formation of moral and ethical behavior of the future specialist in the field of education is highlighted as a model for Ukraine regarding the fight against tolerance for manifestations of academic dishonesty in the educational process. This paper uses the concepts and definitions found in the international academic discussion on this topic. In addition to the system of public universities, private universities are increasingly developing and making a significant contribution to improving the level of education in this area. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the work motivation of employees at non-public universities in the Vietnamese Mekong Delta. Data for the study came from 450 employees at five private universities in the Mekong Delta. The research was carried out in two stages: qualitative research and quantitative research. Additionally, the authors' choice of data analysis techniques included (1) evaluating the Cronbach's Alpha scale's reliability; (2) conducting an exploratory component analysis; and (3) performing a linear regression analysis. The study's findings demonstrated the wide range of factors that affect the job motivation of employees at five non-public universities in the Mekong Delta. The working environment was the most important factor, with a standardized beta regression coefficient of 0.282; welfare, regime, and policy came in second with an impact of 0.280; leadership style came in third with an impact of 0.212; training and promotion, and salary and bonus had an impact of 0.166 and  0.149, respectively. In ultra-modern countries, where the behavior and impact of destructive spheres are complex and multidimensional, it is not always possible to overcome these problems without the participation of active citizens who engage in volunteer activities. At the present stage, volunteering is an important social force in terms of the number and nature of conditionality, which, together with other political institutions such as countries, interstate and supranational associations, determines the policies and strategies of the future of humanity. Therefore, the article aims to summarize theoretical provisions on the content of volunteering, to conduct a comprehensive analysis of its historical development and current state. An equally important task is to substantiate practical recommendations on promising ways to develop domestic volunteering, in particular among students. In the course of the study, general scientific and special methods were used, which allowed for a comprehensive study of the historical, theoretical aspects, and praxeological dimensions of volunteering. The method of analysis was chosen to process scientific works on the research topic. The method of synthesis was utilized to systematize scientific developments. Besides, observation and generalization allowed us to comprehend the identified international and Ukrainian realities of volunteering development. The results of the study demonstrated that the role of universities in addressing the problem of electronic extremism among university students from the views of points of faculty members and students was moderate. The fields of universities' role in addressing this phenomenon were achieved as follows: the field of the preventive role of universities in addressing the problem of electronic extremism among university students occupied the first rank within the medium average, the field of the awareness role of universities in addressing the problem of electronic extremism among university students occupied the second rank within the medium average, and the field of the educational role in addressing the problem of electronic extremism among university students was in the third rank within the medium average. The graded nature of higher education means obtaining different educational and qualification levels (characteristics that determine the degree of knowledge, skills, and abilities of a person that help to perform tasks and duties of a certain level of professional activity) at the appropriate stages (degrees) of higher education. Adopting such a branched scheme is of fundamental importance because it guarantees a person freedom of choice and provides an opportunity to receive education following mental and professional abilities. The education sector currently needs more solutions to such problems as instability and limited funding for educational institutions, social protection of teachers, the decline in material resources, and restrictions on textbook publishing. Rural schools face challenging conditions. There are 14.9 thousand schools in 28.9 thousand population centers, 2.8 thousand requiring significant repairs, and almost 800 schools are in disrepair. In rural areas, only a few thousand students study in new-type institutions, while a thousand urban lyceums, gymnasiums, and colleges have 200,000 students. The aim of the educational process is the overall development of a person as a personality and the highest value of society, the disclosure of their talents and mental and physical abilities, and the formation of morality. Higher education should form a citizen capable of consciously making social decisions and, on this basis, enrich society's creative, intellectual, and cultural potential, thus producing qualified specialists for the national and global economy. This article aims at identifying the main tendencies in the formation and development of modern higher education in terms of its place in the educational system and the role played by higher education in the economic and social space of the country. Methodology. The research used the analytical and bibliographic methods to study the scientific literature on the development of the higher education system, as well as induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis of information, systemic and structural, comparative, logical and linguistic methods, abstraction, idealization for studying and processing data, and an online questionnaire survey conducted by the research authors to practically clarify the most critical issues related to the peculiarities of the higher education system development in Ukraine. Results. Based on the study results, we identified the central, most important theoretical aspects of the work of higher education institutions. Humanization and democratization of modern society, modern tendencies in the sphere of human socialization require improving the primary directions of transiting to a humanistic paradigm aimed at the individual’s development and self-fulfillment in the social and cultural environment. According to the tendencies outlined, the professional training system at higher educational institutions uses personality-centered educational technologies aimed at ensuring future specialists’ professional and personal efficiency and social competitiveness. The purpose of the academic paper is to determine the features of the primary tendencies in using personality-centered learning technologies at higher educational institutions. Methodology. In the course of the research, the analytical and bibliographic method was used to study the scientific literature on applying personality-centered learning technologies. At the same time, induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis of information, system-structural, comparative, logical-linguistic methods, abstraction, and idealization were applied to study and process data. By the way, the research authors also conducted a questionnaire in online mode to practically clarify the most important issues related to personality-centered learning at higher educational institutions. Results. Based on the research results, the primary and most important theoretical aspects of applying technologies of personality-centered learning at higher educational institutions were established. However, the level of IC-competence of teachers to teach higher education applicants for less developed countries, including Ukraine, is not high enough. There are many obstacles to the realization of distance learning. Therefore, the purpose of the study was the experimental determination of the levels of IC-competence and attitude of teachers of Ukrainian higher education to the introduction of ICT in the process of distance learning of future psychologists of during the COVID-19, as well as the main obstacles to the implementation of this process from the standpoint of teachers. The study, which was conducted online during the COVID-19 pandemic, was attended by 147 teachers of higher education institutions from different regions of Ukraine (84 – at the beginning of the pandemic and 63 – 2 years from its beginning). The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS 20. It was found that within two years of distance learning, the number of teachers with high and medium levels of IC-competence increased and decreased with low ones. The number of teachers with a positive and negative and ambivalent attitude towards the use of ICT in training future psychologists increased statistically significantly. A strong and direct link between IC-competence levels and teachers’ attitude to the use of ICT in the process of remote training of future psychologists is determined. From the standpoint of teachers, the main obstacles to the realization of distance learning of future psychologists are: lack of proper technical support, low level of IC-competence of teachers and students, unwillingness of teachers to use ICT, low level of cognitive activity of students. Teachers believe that to overcome these obstacles requires proper technical support, a high level of teachers’ motivation and a separate quality online platform for higher education. The analysis of global trends in the development of society and the influence of social transformations on the development of physical culture and sports was carried out. As a result of the analysis and carrying out structuring through the analysis of hierarchies, the historical periods of the development of society and their influence on the formation of terms in the system of physical culture and sports were determined. The results of the analysis made it possible to determine the directions for the development of terminological concepts. Modeling of influencing factors on the processes of development of physical culture and sports was carried out, because of which proposals were formed regarding possible prospects for the development of the field. The factor model was determined as adequate and relevant by conducting a sociological survey and confirming the relevance of the factors, which was proven by calculating the correlation coefficient of the analyzed indicators. The author also investigates the influence of foreign languages on the terminology of the field of physical education and sports in Romania. The article describes in detail the processes that took place with the terminology, including the Western European and American influence on the Romanian terminology, as well as the changes related to the political and social transformations in Romania in the last century.
