Firstly, the low-rank images are extracted by applying Robust PCA to make the training images as pure as possible. Then, Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) is adopted to extract the eigenfaces from the low-rank images. Finally, we combine these eigenfaces to construct a compact but discriminative dictionary for sparse representation. We evaluate our algorithm on several popular databases, experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of our algorithm.","PeriodicalId":408041,"journal":{"name":"Fifth International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124807276","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is difficult for them to find the abnormality of the power users in time. To solve this problem, this paper gave a method of abnormality determination based on EEMD. In the model, we decomposed electricity load signals into a number of intrinsic mode functions (IMF) and the residual trend. Different IMF components represent different disturbance factors of different cycles, and the residual trend represents the general trend rejecting the fluctuations. Based on the theory of power load clustering, we chose certain enterprise and got the electric load data. The correlation research of the data could be served as the diagnosis of electrical abnormality of users. The experiment shows that the method proposed in this paper can determine the electrical abnormality of users effectively.","PeriodicalId":408041,"journal":{"name":"Fifth International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114399909","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

And credit indexes are selected with PC A. In order to compare, credit evaluation models are built respectively with indexes corrected and non-corrected. The result shows that credit evaluation model built on authenticity corrected with text mining could use fewer indexes to evaluate small micro-enterprise credit effectively. And the evaluation model could guide the bank to establish different competition strategies of loan price. There are more qualitative indexes than financial indexes in small micro-enterprise credit evaluation model It suggests that more attention should be paid to development prospect of the small micro-enterprise when its credit is evaluated.","PeriodicalId":408041,"journal":{"name":"Fifth International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127479994","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By adding an appropriate auxiliary sensor on a uniform linear array, the method can overcome the limitation of half wavelength spacing. Under the spatial sub-Nyquist sampling, the proposed method provides a high accuracy non-ambiguous DOA estimation. Also, the proposed method has a low computational complexity as it does not need the spectral peak search and extra pairing algorithm. As the largest on-chip structures, cache memories play an impressive role in microprocessor design. The awareness of cache reliable energy-efficiency is highly important for microprocessor designers, especially at early design stage. The dynamic behavior of cache reliable energy-efficiency has been characterized, motivating the development of predicting reliable energy-efficiency to track runtime characteristics of cache. In this paper, a BART (Bayesian Additive Regression Trees) model is created to predict the reliable energy-efficiency of Level-1 data cache (LID) accurately across different execution phases and benchmarks, as well as to illustrate the effects of performance metrics on LID reliable energy-efficiency. Experimental results demonstrate the accuracy of BART in reliable energy-efficiency prediction, and present the intrinsic correlation between reliable energy-efficiency and the key performance metrics.","PeriodicalId":408041,"journal":{"name":"Fifth International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125909464","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Compared with group clustering or classification based on trajectory distance, the overlapping interference can be effectively avoided between members in different groups, and this method fits the objective law of group movement better. Combining with the application background, the experimental analysis confirms that the proposed method can quickly and accurately find the group members.","PeriodicalId":408041,"journal":{"name":"Fifth International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127749977","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
