Based on established assessment criteria and multi-channel e-learning methodologies, data was gathered by interviewing 69 e-learning leaders in educational institutions during COVID-19. We discovered that managing technology, assisting management, educating students about the usage of the e-learning platform, and requiring a high level of information technology exchange from the lecturer are all important. Universities, staff, and students have had the biggest influence on online learning during COVID-19. The most useful of the five learning models is blended learning. These findings show that e-learning preparation plays a significant impact in boosting the educational process during the COVID-19 pandemic, regardless of the specific technology used by an educational institution.","PeriodicalId":406806,"journal":{"name":"Tafkir: Interdisciplinary Journal of Islamic Education","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139311752","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We know that for two years, learning has always been done with a remote system using the e-learning method. In the new normal era, learning began to be integrated with a blended system, namely a combination of face-to-face and remote. There are also those who mean combining two methods, namely conventional methods, and e-learning. The method used is a survey research method with a descriptive approach, where researchers identify the uses of blended learning in learning and conduct management analysis of the application of blended learning at the MI/SD level after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted in 2021 in the Jabodetabek area. The instrument used is a questionnaire supported by theory and observations. In the research results obtained from 186 respondents, 82% stated that the application of post-Covid 19 blended learning in elementary schools was still relevant. So the researchers concluded that blended learning is a new method of learning.
