The participants of this narrative inquiry consisted of four EL teachers who have been teaching at four different secondary level community schools in Banke district. I employed convenience sampling to select the schools and purposive sampling to select the participants. The data was collected employing unstructured interview and each of the interviews were audio recorded using an audio recorder. The collected data were transcribed and the findings of the study were presented and analyzed employing the thematic technique of qualitative data analysis. The study's key findings showed that CQ is important for assisting new teachers in the initial stages of their teaching profession with creating interactive classrooms, evaluating students' level of proficiency, determining students’ language learning difficulties, directing the classroom, promoting critical thinking and fostering a democratic environment in the classroom. It is a literary device that explores differences between two or more things, ideas, and persons. It is also used to evaluate differences. The present study makes an attempt to examine contrasts as literary device in Balkrishna Sama's drama, Prahlad. The purpose of this study is to explore a cultural/social contrast that has been expressed through speech and action of the characters as Hiranya Kashyapu and Prahlad. The contrast is used in literary works in order to emphasise on intended meaning of literary works. Qualitative research methodology has been used for the study. The original text, Prahlad, has been primarily analysed using the technique of social/cultural contrast. As a supportive technique, antithesis has also been used. The close textual analysis has shown many layers of contrasts in the drama.  Analysis reveals the significant role of literary contrasts in portraying interaction between characters and their surroundings including human beings, nature, and society. Tracing the contrasting personalities and perspectives of the characters, one can discern a variety of messages about human experiences. Of special significance is Sama's skill in showing how interaction between Hiranya and Prahlad reveal true nature of human beings, nature and society. The contrast used in the play, Prahlad sends strong messages of thinking spiritually and materially. There is struggle between spiritualism and materialism, religion and science, path of devotion and thirst of temporal, service and business and so on. This study has been based on descriptive research design and it is quantitative in nature. In this study samples were collected by using stratified sampling method. The interview schedule was the main tool for data collection in this study. After collection information it was tabulated in chart diagram and analyzed and interpreted with the help of percentage. The findings of the study show that the socio-economic status of the people in that community is very low and hence the literacy rate is also low. Out of total 87 Muslim respondents 42.52 percent respondents were heard about maternal care and 57.47 percent respondent were not heard maternal cares. As its theoretical tool it utilizes western version of liberal feminism and gender theory as stated by David Glover and Cora Kaplan. In doing so it aims at examining the reality of patriarchal ideology which considers women as second class citizen and maternal vessels. It reveals the pathetic condition of the protagonist, Anju and Sudha. They have not got the role of independent agents in the society but treated as play things. They are taught to be submissive from the very beginning of their life. The demarcation line has been drawn in the name of Bidhata Purush who also does not come to write their fortune. As a result, directly or indirectly they are engaged in their subservient lives. It is patriarchal ideology which makes them feminine and masculine, which assigns different roles, rights and responsibilities in order to make subservient. The main objectives of this study were to seek mathematics Achievement of Tharu and Muslim ethnic groups on cognitive level: Knowledge, Skill, Comprehension and Application of grade nine students of Banke district. Achievement test was taken to get the required information. It was taken among 240 students on both ethnic group students. Two tailed t-test at 0.05 level of significance was used to analyze the collected data. The finding of this study shows that the Tharu ethnic group students were found to be significantly better in mathematics than the Muslim students on the Knowledge, Skill, and Comprehension. Socio-economic condition and family background were analyzed to find out the health condition, of labour children. The study is mainly based on primary data collected form Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan using purposive sampling techniques. 150 people in total responded to the survey. It is now widely acknowledged that child exploitation is a serious socioeconomic issue. Children are among the demographic groups that are most frequently neglected, abused, and subjected to the worst types of child labor. Child labor is a widespread occurrence in Nepal, both in terms of general employment and population. The child labor in hotel and restaurant is common in the urban areas of Nepal who are not getting proper health care and treatment. It is concluded from the study that child laborers in hotel and restaurant is one of the visible, exploitative and hazardous forms of child labour whose health condition is vulnerable. Poverty is one of the cause and consequence of child labour. It is linked to the socio-economic, political and cultural realities of the county. When Ex-PLA has a significant number of settlements, I have picked the field Lamki Chuha Municipality of the Kailali district for this research. Interviews, observations, and a case study were all employed to gather the qualitative data for this study. The conclusion of this study has sought the life experiences of Ex-PLA who switched from being professional Marxists to becoming cultural one for adjustment in society. For this reading, the researcher has taken Pallav Ranjan's Swasthani to English adaption as a major source of data. By applying new historicism as a literary tool, the researcher has analyzed Swasthani to draw the new boundaries of this popular myth in Nepal. From this qualitative analysis, it is concluded that this mythological narrative, when recorded for the first time in Nepal Bhasa by Jayanta Dev, mirrored the social reality of Medieval Nepal. Through the medium of myth, the social reality of the period is depicted in this mythical text.
