{"title":"Ausencia de justicia e imposibilidad de reconciliación en el cine de postconflicto peruano","authors":"James A. These representations contribute to cultural heritage preserving the memory of the events occurred during the last two decades of the 20th Century in Peru, fostering national reconciliation. To highlight the ways in which justice is represented and how the possibilities of reconciliation are addressed, a brief theoretical review of the concepts of cultural memory and forms of justice is presented. Qualitative methodology is used to analyse topics, scripts, and audio-visual language, complemented with interviews with filmmakers and personalities related to the armed conflict. The theoretical journey focuses on socio-emotional skills from a cognitive assessment perspective, in the current context of the Affective Turn movement, and identifies some key aspects to think about the process of construction of emotionality in educational historiography. The approach relies on the assumption of the positive (facilitating) or negative (impeding) influence of emotion on teaching, learning, and assessing literacy practices during the first school year. El trabajo repasa la evolucion historica de la familia y cuales han sido los cambios sociales y los avances cientificos que causaron el deterioro paulatino de los cimientos del derecho de familia, principalmente en dos de sus instituciones fundamentales: el matrimonio y la filiacion. En particular, lo referido a inclusion cuenta con un tratamiento acotado y construido desde perspectivas distintas. Based on the assumption that halfway through the 20th century there was a break with the foundational hygienist matrix and thus recreation began to distance itself from the hegemonic field of physical education, some key experiences for the introduction of a sociocultural and educational perspective are highlighted with a focus on memory studies. The survey focused on secondary sources (mainly documents and chronicles of the time) which allowed contextualizing the period under review, in addition to interviews with actors from that period. In areas of social exclusion, education presents different approaches and aspects, whereas the educational system is configured in a hegemonic way, within a neoliberal context based on homogeneous and universal educational models. However, as Freire points out, education as a practice of freedom is a dynamic and contextual construction that must start from the heterogeneity of the territories in order to generate processes that prevent social and human exclusion.
