The quality of the inductor is insured due to a differential negative resistor connected at the input of the inductor. Single ended active inductors present non-linear effects hence the need of using differential topology to reduce them and avoid the waste of biasing current. The simulated differential active inductor has a very high quality factor of 1340 and operates at 1.34 GHz. The mixed reality is promised to be a new technology to create a virtual environment where the learner is an actor by interaction with virtual objects. The objective is to establish a virtual laboratory that all tools and products can be manipulated by learners like in real practical work. This virtualization can also solve the safety problems and may reduce the risk of some experiments: nuclear, chemical, etc. Another interesting benefit is the reduction of the investment on real hardware (locally or remotely). We study the influence of high and low dimensionality of features using PCA, LDA, ICA and Sparse Random Projection. This study is done using, PowerGAMA, an open source software that performs optimal power flow analysis taking into consideration renewable energy variation and power demand. It is shown that the OTS are equi-powered, equi-spaced and position orthogonal. However, in special cases we can find that required conditions to achieve optimal pilot design are not satisfied, this means the optimum pilot is unachievable. In this paper, an algorithm is proposed to achieve suboptimum pilot design under time varying channels. This quadrupler operates in the millimeter-wave band [56-64 GHz] and it is designed according to the MMIC technology (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) in PH15 process from UMS foundry. The frequency quadrupler circuit will be used to generate carrier frequencies in the range of [56-64 GHz] in order to perform the RF signal demodulation of wireless communication link in the mm-wave band. The required output power is obtained by a buffer amplifier on the output. By adjusting the common-gate PHEMT circuit connected to the input, The conversion gain is about 6.9 dB and the input return-loss can be tuned for near ideal 50Ω match (>18 dB). The modeled HPT has been designed and realized in HBT technology from Telefunken Semiconductors foundry. Our model includes many high-order effects to achieve accuracy for most physical phenomena like the avalanche (breakdown characteristics), Webster, Charge storage, Self-heating and Early effects. The validity and the accuracy of the model are assessed by comparing the simulations with the DC measurements which are Gummel plots and Ic-Vce characteristics. A symbolically defined device (SDD) nonlinear flexible model has been implemented in Agilent Advanced Design System (ADS) software, which main parameters are derived directly from the measurements. For this kind of systems, not only the correctness of a computed result but also the strict adherence to timing requirements of computation is essential to avoid any kind of damage. To react to unpredictable, arbitrary hardware faults suitable error detection mechanisms have to be applied. The caused error itself and the detection and correction have great impact on the system's timing behavior. To still keep the real-time requirements, the used scheduling algorithm has to ensure maximum flexibility to disturbances of the timing. The group of Proportionate Fair (Pfairness) multicore scheduling algorithms has been proven to create an optimal schedule in polynomial time. In order to understand the nature and behavior of such attacks, many classification schemes and taxonomies to MANET attacks have been proposed. This paper proposes a new taxonomy to MANETs attacks. The taxonomy is aimed to provide a consistent means of classifying attacks, as well as allowing previous knowledge to be applied to new attacks and providing a structured way to view such attacks. The taxonomy is based on attack attributes. Every attack is characterized by a unique vector of attribute values, where each attribute defines a specific attack property which may have different values. The taxonomy uses six attributes; the legitimacy of attacking node/s, the number of nodes participating in the attack, MANETs vulnerabilities utilized by the attack, the network resources exploited by the attacking node/s, the targeted victim and finally, the network security service compromised by the attack. Therefore, it becomes a challenge to extend sensor nodes' life while maintaining the network overall performance. Mobility of the network sensor nodes may accelerate energy depletion and increase the need for effective energy-conserving WSN routing protocols. In this paper, we present a novel energy-saving routing scheme for mobile WSN. Our proposed routing algorithm adapts dynamically to network node's energy-level. For data transport to the network base-station (network sink), it selects only nodes that balance the mobile WSN energy saving distribution. Simulation experiment was conducted to obtain relationships between various algorithm performance measures and network parameters such as: network number of sensors, sensors' message memory/buffer size, message arrival rate, number of duplicates allowed, and transmission/reception distance.
