The in-home PLC channel offers multiple signal feed ports as, usually, it comprises of three wires: Phase, Neutral and Protective Earth. The effect of the NLP tools on ontology construction from Arabic text is an area of research. However, to the best of our knowledge, there are no comparative studies that show the effectiveness of these preprocessing techniques. The Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC), as an outstanding part one for regulating power flow among the FACTS, can control respectively transmission line real power, reactive power and node voltage. This paper investigates dynamic performance of the UPFC for power flow control with a series of step changes in rapid succession under power system steady state and the response of the UPFC to a transmission line faults. PD patients suffer from hypokinetic dysarthria, which manifests on all aspects of voice production, respiration, phonation, articulation, nasality and prosody. To evaluate these disorders, clinicians have adopted perceptual methods, based on acoustic cues, to distinguish the different disease states. To develop the assessment of voice disorders for detecting patients with Parkinson's disease (PD), we have used a PD dataset of 34 sustained vowel / a /, from 34 people including 17 PD patients. We then extracted from 1 to 20 coefficients of the Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients from each person. To extract the voiceprint from each voice sample, we compressed the frames by calculating their average value. For classification, we used Leave-One-Subject-Out validation-scheme along with the Support Vector Machines with its different types of kernels. Background subtraction is, in general, a challenging moving object detection problem. Resolve this problem is very important for many applications: statistical analysis of attendance, access securing, monitoring epileptic patients in hospitals, and so on. In this paper, we propose a method to detect the changing regions of an image sequence using the background subtraction approach. We present the general process of our approach by focusing on the transposition from data source to ontology: Data source is based on a unique and single model also for ontology, the cooperation of software engineering and knowledge engineering is then reduced to the determination of transition between software model and ontology. Our approach is based on a transition managed by meta modeling: From any data source, we extract a model which will be transposed to an ontology model by a succession of treatment steps. As for computer scientists, numerous approaches to design, urbanization, enterprise architecture is based on process modeling; these methods are beginning to spread among users and attract the attention of makers. In parallel, many companies are reshaping in constantly optimize their processes to adapt to changes in their business. The process modeling enables a universal reading whatever the used software tools and methods implemented. Operational and functional managers define the various stages of the process, treatments, business rules and the actors involved and their roles. Therefore, the condition monitoring of the induction motors have been a challenging topic for many electrical machine researchers. Indeed, the effectiveness of the fault diagnosis and prognosis techniques depends very much on the quality of the fault features selection. However, in induction-motor drives, rotor defects are the most complex in terms of detection since they interact with the supply frequency within a restricted band around this frequency, especially in the low load case. To overcome this drawback, an efficient and new method to diagnose the induction-motor rotor fault based on the association of the Time Synchronous Averaging technique and Discrete Wavelet Transform is presented. However, there are different types of the wavelet function that can be used for signal decomposition. This paper intends to investigate the ability of different types of wavelet functions for early rotor fault detection. Experimental results are presented in order to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. One of the main advantages of this paradigm is the ability to build customizable and composable web application modules as independent units of development, and to share them with other developers by publishing them in libraries as Web services or free components. In parallel, since many years, Web services confirmed their status of one of the most pertinent solutions for a service provider, like Google or Amazon, to open its solutions for third party development. The paper is an attempt to explore some of the principal obstacles of companies interoperability through the use of existing technologies. We present the needs of the technologies and approaches for building new web-services from legacy applications. We primary interest, to the problems of reverse engineering of the existing conceptual models of the Web-applications in functional specifications Web-based Service. The proposed approach is summarized as follows: We first propose a method of classification existing Web-applications. Then, we present a step of decomposition of these Web-applications for identify a high level of granularity and reuse of logics functionality. But the mobility of the agents presents real obstacles to the reliability of message transmission between heterogeneous agents. In this paper we propose a reliable framework of communication for heterogeneous agent using middleware technologies. This framework offers a communication and integration infrastructure between distributed multi-agent systems as a more effective alternative to the widely used TCP/IP. Different types of middleware have addressed issues of interoperability. we based our framework on one of the most widely adopted middleware architectures used in attaching heterogeneous systems that is Message Oriented Middleware (MOM). MOM is an acronym referring to a middleware function related to reliable queuing and message based communications.
