For some people, culture is only a tradition left by their ancestors, then passed down from generation to generation, and needs to be preserved. Yet every Javanese culture has its own history, meaning, and value. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The approach used is the library research approach or the library method. Javanese culture is a culture originating from Java. If we go back to history, of course, Javanese culture is not far from the influence of Hinduism, animism, and dynamism. Some Javanese cultures that still exist today are used by the community: salametan, tedak siten, wayang, manners, bancaan weton, politeness, and many more. Among all Javanese cultures, some of them have moral values. This is what needs to be applied and maintained by every parent in educating children's morals. Besides introducing Javanese culture to children. Parents have invited their children to maintain Javanese culture through Javanese cultural moral values. By implementing character education through Javanese culture, then we have preserved Javanese culture and practiced moral values in it in everyday life. This is a descriptive research with data collected through questionnaires by asking the respondents to fill in several statements related to teacher professional ethics. The distributed questionnaires contain statements on the professional ethics of teachers in schools from September 2018 to February 2019. Furthermore, the cluster random sampling process was used to obtain data from 437 teachers in 34 public elementary schools located in the four administrative cities of Jakarta (East Jakarta, West Jakarta, North Jakarta, and South Jakarta) in accordance with the State Civil Apparatus. The analytical method used in this research is a descriptive-exploratory analysis where the data obtained is analyzed and interpreted, therefore, reflective conclusions can be drawn. The validity of the instruments used was validated using the second-order Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with the help of M-Plus software. The analysis results show that the professional ethics of Public Elementary School teachers in Jakarta Province is 64.1% and categorized as good. Another purpose was to examine the relationship between students’ self-determination and their academic motivation. The sample consisted of 300 senior high school students from 5 selected schools in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. The data was collected using a self-reported of 21-item questionnaire measuring students’ self-determination and academic motivation. Confirmatory Factor Analysis procedures confirmed the structure’s measurement validity. SEM fit statistics indicated strong influences of self-determination on academic motivation. The results confirmed the study’s hypotheses regarding the multidimensionality of SDT and academic performance, the adequacy of the measurement model of Self-Determination Theory (SDT) and its strong positive role in influencing academic motivation. The results of the study supported and extended the results of previous work on STD. The study also found evidence that students’ self-determination is a valid and reliable multidimensional construct. The findings are useful in making evidence-informed the important of self-determination on students’ personality development and their motivation. The research design used the classroom action research method which contained two cycles. The subjects of this study were students in class IV SDN No. 200107 Padangsidimpuan. Class IV students totaled 20 people. Based on the results of the analysis of the average science value in the Animal Life Cycle material before using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model, an average of 67.75 was in the \"Enough\" category. After using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model, the average in the first cycle was 72.5 in the \"High\" category, and in the second cycle the average score was 83 in the \"Very High\" category. From the comparison of the learning outcomes of fourth graders at SD No. 20107 Padangsidimpuan, North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City Regency, in the first cycle it was 40% and in the second cycle it was 95%. This research was carried out through the provision of actions with stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects of this study were 28 students at SD Negeri 033 Hutabaringin Mandailing Natal. The research data was collected through multiple-choice item test instruments. Observation sheets and documentation were used to collect data on student and teacher activities. Data from the research results of the first cycle 1st meeting obtained students completed, 13 students (46.42%) and incomplete 15 students (53.58%) with an average (68.92). Furthermore, in the first cycle of the second meeting, 18 students were declared complete (64.29%), and 10 students were incomplete (35.71%) with an average (of 70.71). In the second cycle of the 1st meeting, 22 students completed (78.58%) and 6 students (21.42%) incomplete and average (75), while the second cycle of the 2nd meeting completed 24 students. Students (85.71%) and incomplete 4 students (14.29%) with average (80).
