The results of this study are that in order to develop the quality of teachers, the leaders of private junior high schools in Pandan District need to: (1) Create, compile and formulate the vision, mission, and goals of the institution, especially the development of teacher quality; (2) Building commitments that are worth worship; (3) Build attitude and discipline; (4) Changing mindsets and building positive teacher character. Teacher quality improvement continues to develop dynamically. 摘要

本研究以潘兰区民办初中教师素质发展的政策模式为研究重点。本研究采用实地调查法(field research)。本研究结果表明,为了发展教师素质,潘兰区民办初中的领导需要:(1)创建、编制和制定学校的愿景、使命和目标,特别是教师素质的发展;(2)建立值得崇拜的承诺;(3)培养态度和纪律;(4)转变思维方式,塑造积极的教师品格。教师素质提升持续动态发展。参与提高教师素质必须得到各方的持续考虑和持续维护。
