Its prevalence can vary in different countries and regions. In the case of Chile, silicosis has been recognized as a significant occupational health problem. The clinical presentation of silicosis largely depends on the intensity and duration of exposure. Initially, there may be no signs or symptoms. The differential diagnosis is mainly performed with pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary aspergillosis, pulmonary metastasis, sarcoidosis, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, and other pneumoconiosis. After confirming the diagnosis, the process of determining the origin of the pathology begins, for which an Occupational History is required to describe occupational exposure to the risk agent (silica) in terms of time, magnitude, and/or intensity sufficient to develop an occupational-related disease. A Chest X-ray using the ILO (International Labour Organization) technique is necessary, classified as category 1 according to the ILO Classification, and should be interpreted by certified readers. The similarity in radiographic readings necessitates a greater emphasis on the differential diagnosis among these conditions. A high- resolution chest computed tomography without contrast and a lung biopsy should be considered in case of comorbidity, if these diagnostic tests are available. The approach is exploratory, using factor analysis to establish relationships between variables and then contextualize them with historical milestones in the selected countries. The resulting factors that explain the relationship between governance and macroeconomics fit the data by more than 70%, indicating satisfactory factor models. For all countries, the factor that best explains behavior combines governance and macroeconomic variables. In the factors, the constant is the instability of the variables, especially macroeconomic ones, which predominate in each of them. The models are pessimistic in showing that both macroeconomic aspects and governance variables remain stable above the average, but for short periods of time. Based on an interpretive analysis of the work David, by the artist Miguel Ángel Rojas, the possibilities of art as social criticism are shown, capable of showing the repressed suffering produced by forms of contempt and non-recognition of victims of the Colombian armed conflict, at the same time than the claims and desire for peace and justice of Colombian society, which turns the work of art into an instance of reflection, analysis and discussion about criteria for satisfactory forms of social life. With the signing of the Urrutia-Thompson Treaty, the Colombian leadership accepted the facts, and a gigantic U.S. investment began in the 1920s. But the modernization of the country was amalgamated with the growing Latin American nationalism fed by the bad taste of the Big Stick, to which was added the Crisis of 1929 and the rise of fascism in Europe. However, internationalist Liberalism explores alternatively the association tactics that help States to position themselves strategically on the international stage by seeking allies with those who share common interests. The promotion of cooperation agencies enables the study of the growing influence of actors other than national States, and recognizes the relative independence of the international environment with its own and distinct logic, although associated with the traditional logic of national interest and security. The paper aim is to explore the positions that John Rawls, Norberto Bobbio and Luigi Ferrajoli put forward. The method is qualitative, using documentary analysis techniques on secondary sources. Methodology: The analysis was based on interpretative phenomenology with in-depth interviews with 8 workers with medical restrictions. Results: Workers perceive the use of their free time in three contexts: health entities, the company and the home-family; where each space is configured as an extension of the medical service to continue with health care. The time they have outside their working day is not used for rest and leisure activities, but for health care activities.
