摘要

目的:探讨医疗限制人群对自由时间利用的看法。方法:采用解释现象学分析方法，对8名有医疗限制的工人进行深度访谈。结果:员工在健康机构、公司和家庭三种环境中感知空闲时间的利用;每个空间都被配置为医疗服务的延伸，以继续提供医疗保健。他们在工作日之外的时间不是用于休息和休闲活动，而是用于保健活动。结论:面对产生限制的健康状况，确定存在从在休闲时间领域进行的活动向那些侧重于自我保健领域的活动的过渡，这产生了职业不平衡和获得残疾的风险。
