Objective: To analyze the cultural dimensions of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on university teachers from three educational centers in Colombia and one in Mexico. Methodology: study design: cognitive cultural anthro- pological, focuses on analyzing how people from different cultures acquire information about the world, how they process it, make decisions and act in ways considered appropriate for other members of their culture (cultural transmission). It is developed in four university centers in Colombia and Mexico, 160 teachers are studied in the first phase of the study through free listings through an open online survey. Findings: the term work overload was included in the four participating sites, with the greatest weight in Bogotá and Cali (Colombia). And in the personal, the presence of COVID-19 itself, negative emotional states, and economic-so- cial effects resulting from prevention measures were highlighted. Also, in complex processes of adaptation, learning and transformation in the use of technological teaching media. Its implementation under conditions of permanence of internal armed conflict and social and political cleavage, has led to divisions for or against it and for or against the armed actors in dispute in Colombia. These cleavages have been transferred to the media in the form of ideological positions, which construct truths that may or may not favor transitional justice. The analysis begins by providing a general description, and then, it delves into examples from several Latin American countries. In doing so, a convenient path is paved in which all possible routes regarding public policies in education and politics could be discussed in the study. Within research lies the direction and relationship that globalization has had on educational reforms in Latin America, commencing with a state-of-the-art vision and backed up by documentary evidence. Latin America’s educational reforms are directly and proportionally related to the regional and national history of each country. Therefore, we seek to derive an interpretation based on political and economic influences since education is not independent, and its reforms are not innate from its dynamics. In general terms, educational reforms are considered no autonomous in their essence, as they rarely originate from educators and pedagogues. On the contrary, they are proposed by politicians, economists, and professionals from other areas distant to pedagogy. They are left at the mercy of economic resources, which have little to no interest in the progress and the advancement of education, in accordance with educators and those in the process of formation. The aim is to provide advancements in the hermeneutic logic of educational policies and their subsequent reforms. This is due to the interests of several people who have included reforms and policies in their governmental plans. Their objective to offer unwarranted coverage at any price is a nefarious issue that places the actors of education at a disadvantage within a cost-benefit relationship. From which it is intended to analyze the divergence between the positions adopted by the Council of State and the Constitutional Court regarding the diffuse control of conventionality and its application as a mandatory figure to be applied within the Colombian State in order to comply with the provisions provided by the ACHR. It is concluded that the Constitutional Court still shows an abstentionist position of investing as a conventional judge, considering under a little evolutionary concept that applying the control in question can endanger the Constitution and its role as a constitutional judge. However, heritage in the 21st century is not only made up of rights and duties of a physical or material nature, but also of digital assets. As regards the latter, some problems of destination arose in the face of the death of the owner. Therefore, the objective of this article is to determine the basis for the configuration of the legal regime of digital assets in Chile and in particular the relationships that these present with the categories of assets, patrimony and their succession in the digital environment. The methods used were doctrinal law, content analysis and doctrinal theoretical study. Estos hechos se presentan para darnos cuenta de la importancia del respeto de las libertades individuales, y sobre todo de la importancia de utilizar la razón humana para desligarse de las vendas que las creencias imponen, y más cuan- do esas creencias se vuelven fanatismo. Palabras clave: Tolerancia, agnosticismo, ateísmo, fanatismo religioso ABSTRACT This article analyzes some of the transformations of the notion of freedom of religious convictions derived from the new approach on the matter that the Political Constitution of 1991 brought to Colombian society. An analysis was carried out between the Political Constitution of 1886 and that of 1991, showing how the principle of religious tolerance was introduced in Colombia. This principle also means respect for those agnostic and/or atheist people, who prefer to believe in the use of human reason to decide for themselves about their life principles. This text presents three religious events that occurred in France before the Revolution, that is, before the development of the ideas of the French Enlightenment, as examples of how dangerous religious authoritarianism can be.
