These cleavages have been transferred to the media in the form of ideological positions, which construct truths that may or may not favor transitional justice. 摘要

适用于从独裁到民主以及从战争状态到和平状态的过渡时期的过渡司法，根据过渡情况有一个非常广泛的研究、应用和各种发展领域。在国内武装冲突持续和社会政治分裂的条件下执行《公约》，导致了支持或反对《公约》以及支持或反对哥伦比亚境内有争议的武装行动者的分歧。这些分歧已经以意识形态立场的形式转移到媒体上，这些意识形态立场构建的真相可能有利于也可能不利于过渡时期的正义。本文从理论和政治角度探讨过渡时期司法，综合了哥伦比亚和平特别管辖权的起源、发展和特点，并介绍了一项调查的结果，该调查旨在确定《时代报》和《观察家报》在和平特别管辖权的情况下是否存在区别对待过渡时期司法法(2017年)。在2016年签署的哈瓦那和平进程框架内，JEP适用于哥伦比亚革命武装力量-人民军游击队。
