摘要

本研究通过各种软件展示了公共和私营实体实施职业健康与安全管理体系的实践和概念要素，这些软件允许测量员工在日常活动中暴露的风险和危险，为此使用了基于定性方法的文献审查，并应用归纳方法，从而从认识论中得出一般结论。教条化和规范性的前提，以及调查等工具的使用，从理论上和实践上保证了调查的有效结果。
