Despite the fact that the region is an independent separate system, it is economically connected with the external environment, the structure of its production is influenced from the outside by commodity and financial flows and prices in the markets of goods and services. These interrelations have quantitative and qualitative characteristics, to quantitative it is possible to refer branch volumes of the made and consumed resources, to qualitative-their interindustry proportions. The basis for the purpose of trade is the cost of production, which varies by industry specialization of the regions within the framework of the combined interregional and international division of labor, which formed the value chain. Among the bright advantages of non – material motivation of employees is healthy competition in the team and unity of all employees. There are four types of non-material motivation on which managers rely: social motivation, psychological motivation, moral motivation and organizational motivation Any company can apply different methods of motivation, regardless of the number of employees or volume of production. The use of various methods of motivation contribute not only to increase the productivity of employees of the organization, but also increase the efficiency of the organization as a whole. There is also the fact that it is the use of non-material motivation that allows you to see a person from the other side and help him uncover unused resources. The difficulty of using this method of influencing the activities of employees lies in the fact that it is not always possible for the manager to choose a method depending on the individual characteristics of a person.","PeriodicalId":404300,"journal":{"name":"Scientific bulletin of the Southern Institute of Management","volume":"03 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130968084","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
