To the question of increasing the employment of the population of the rural territories of the Krasnodar region

Abstract

The article defines the role of employment in the agrarian territories in improving the efficiency of agricultural production. On the example of agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar Territory and on the basis of statistical data, it is revealed that the actual number of employees is used above the labor potential of the industry and the dynamics of its decline can be traced. It was noted that the increase in employment in rural areas is an urgent need and one of the priority directions of development of the country’s economy.
